They run a spam call operation for years and spam your phone with phone calls and advertisements. They replied to say that you can text "stop" to stop them, but they even run their spam calls from private numbers and numbers out of the country.

Linda is the best. She agreed to sell our house, as we are divorcing, and didn't realize she would encounter lots of uncooperation in the process. She handle all the hiccups with professionalism and was able to overcome the hardships and sold our house in a couple of days for over the asking price. She even recommended to fix it up which was great advise because I believe that help elevate the offers. I would definitely recommend Linda as she goes above and beyond for her clients!

Linda Peltz has gone above and beyond expectations in professionalism and excell customers needs. She was my leasion when representing me not only to my potential buyers in selling my home, but at the same time representing me in buying a new home. Which is not as simple as it sounds. She took on a very difficult task that most realtors would not bother due to the type of sales I was into. She was able to simultaneously coordinate between brokerages lenders then on to escrow seamlessly with the aid of the people she works with. If I needed aid in construction or other improvement tasks, her team made it happen.Again selling my home from one place 40 miles apart to my new home. She made this all happen as if I was her only client. I would highly recommend her to all my followers in Google and friends.

Finding a new home can be very stressful and time consuming. I was very fortunate to have Linda Peltz help me out with the right fit for me. As soon as I contacted her and let her know what I was looking for in my future place, she found a couple good options. Eventually I found one that interested me in one of the Clovis unit. Not only did she made sure I got full home inspection but she also took the time out of her day to go with me and made sure I was getting the best place for the best price. Now that I’m ready to move in the unit and I would 100 percent recommend her to be your next buyer’s agent
