I was in a huge bind! My car wouldn’t start in Raisin City at my granddaughters softball game. My regular Tow company wasn’t answering, someone said call Lamona! The person who answered says he doesn’t go all the way out to Raisin City. After talking to him a little bit, he said I’ll do it! I am so grateful! They have wonderful customer, service! These guys will have your back! On Thanksgiving, I returned home to my apt complex to find some person illegally parked in my stall. Now I'm disabled and my stall is right next to my apt so its easier for me because the parking lot is a lot further away. I called Lamona to see if they would be able to tow. Even though they were extremely busy, and it was Thanksgiving no less, they still tried to fit me in and tow the car for me. The gentlemen on the phone was super understanding and made the experience great. I will definitely be giving this place my business in all future auto problems! Thanks Lamona!

I called the 800 number for AAA. The dispatcher called me to advise that they did not have a towing provider in the area and would call me back as soon as one was available. I was in an area I didn't feel safe so I called Lamona Towing and Valerie was able to assist right away. She contAAA and had git our case reassigned immediately. We only had to wait a short time.The driver "Vince" soon after called to let us know he was about 10 minutes away. He replaced our flat tire with our spare and we we on our way in less than 20 minutes. Vince was polite and professional! We will always recommend Lamona Towing to our friends/family and call them first! They are an approved AAA towing provider.

Office staff (which are probably owners as well) and the tow driver that I personally dealt with were very professional and personable. They are a AAA preferred provider, but their rates are very reasonable as well. The estimated time was great and they kept communication to update any delays. Thank you guys for the help and I will put you guys on speed dial if we are ever in need of your services.

Thank God for Lamona towing! I am convinced they saved my life. My car broke down with a dead battery in the middle of the night in a super bad area of town. I was alone and so scared. AAA said it would be over an hour to get me a tow truck so instead I called Lamona and the owner Mike was so kind and understanding and he said he would send a truck right away. The truck was there in less than 20 minutes! They gave me a jump and the driver even offered to follow me to the auto part store to make sure I got there safe and didn't need a second jump. I was almost in tears at their kindness. I'll be calling Lamona towing for all my car troubles from now on.

My Tesla battery went dead on my way to work at 3 in the morning. I had difficulty finding a 24 hour tow service, but luckily I found this company to help me out in the middle of the night. They came out quicker than I expected and was able to jump start my Tesla to get it on the truck(which apparently is usually a nightmare) and safely towed it to a charging station. Two things I learned from this is to pay closer attention to my battery range and there is only one 24 hour tow company in the Fresno area , Thanks for your great service Lamona Towing!!!!

I called & Lamona was thru AAA they’re fast convenient & reliable I couldn’t recall my helpers name but he did awesome super friendly & understanding & patient he came to check out my battery which was all the way dead he offered to replace my battery but perhaps needed to get it towed to a car shop where they can have a look at it to see if it has to do w the alternator so thank you guys for your help very much appreciated
