On August 23rd, me, my Aunt Danette and Grandma went to the La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries at 270 W El Paso Ave in Fresno, CA. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Store Manager Teresa Tadlock was very kind and answered all questions we had. I highly recommend this location. The staff is amazing and eager to help. We love our new sofa and ottoman so much!

Worst quality control. Seam in cushion separating in first 2 weeks & Lazyboy will not cover warranty. I will never buy from them & strongly recommend to avoid. Had warranty & they do not cover. Stay away. Avoid.

So we worked with Bri and she is amazing. Great personality and was fun to work with. Shopping for furniture is no fun, but Bri made it fun due to here amazing attitude and sense of humor. Teresa, the store manager, was amazing to work with. She was kind, answered our questions and showed all our options but was not pushy in the least. Felt guided to make the right choice for me and my family. We ended up getting the Mackenzie Sleeper sofa.The quality of the furniture exceeded our expectations. Will definitely return for future furniture pieces.

Received new chairs today which took about 10 weeks to get here. (bought beautiful rocking recliner chairs with electric and remote control) They are comfortable and look great in my room, but the motor on one chair makes a terrible grinding sound when it goes down. We had to call and schedule a repair on a BRAND NEW chair. The chairs were supposed to be inspected before delivery. This is NOT okay with me!

People were very nice and eager to sale. It’s been a little over a year and the spring broke on the manual couch that is used by company . So not used hardly at all! The spring broke while we were sitting on the electrical couch! It’s 75$ for an assessment then 100-125 and hour to fix it!! We spent thousands of dollars on this furniture. It shouldn’t be falling apart!! I thought that lazy boy furniture would be a lot stronger and better constructed. That’s why we bought there. We wanted to have our furniture for a long time!

La-z-boy in north Fresno treated my wife and I with such care and respect without any salesmen pressure. Theresa walked us through all of the options they provide and helped us make up our minds. We'll definitely return for our future furniture needs.

This is our second purchase of a La-Z-Boy couch and our experience at Fresno La-Z-Boy was wonderful. Theresa greeted us with a warm welcome and was so knowledgeable about the products and all of their varying features. Today we had the best experience with a sales associate named Jenni. She was a doll the entire time. She helped my husband and I customize a reclining chair that fit our needs. We are new expecting parents and need a rocking chair/recliner for the babies room. We enjoyed our experience and highly recommend coming here to get the perfect chair! Thanks Jenni!
