Switched over to this accounting agency 2- years ago. Helped us in so many ways, I didn’t even know we’re possible. We’ve been in business 20 years and it’s never been this great or easy before. Set us up with an amazing bookkeeper, Always has our best interest at heart. Nick is so good my brother in law (financial investor from Palm Springs) has Nick doing his accounting. That’s when we went to Nick, if he can please him, then this company is amazing! And it is!

INEPT AT HANDLING BUSINESS TAX RETURNS.I tried K&B out for the first time to have my 2020 business and personal TAX returns completed. The conversations that I had with Nick and staff seemed promising so I trusted them with my over half dozen business and personal returns. He never mentioned he had any questions and when I would reach out to them, they would either not answer or say that Nick is working on my returns and he will be reaching out to me shortly. He nor the office, ever reached out and it wasn't until after the deadline did I get an email saying that my returns were not filed and I should look for another accountant. Now I am on the hook for Thousands of dollars in late fees and penalties and they don't even have the decency to apologize. I will be reporting them to the board and seeking legal action for the damages. Think twice before giving them any business you have been warned.

I was quoted around $400 to have my taxes done. Not only did I have to wait a very long time to receive my tax refund, I ended up getting a bill in the mail for almost $900! That is over double what I was quoted. I explained my somewhat complicated situation before I was even quoted so I was prepared to pay the $400. My parents own an entire business and pay about $900 to have their taxes done. There is no way it should have been that much. To top it off, I sent two emails over the course of one month regarding my $900 bill and never got a response. All I got was yet another bill in the mail with an interest fee for not paying soon enough. This business is just not honest.

I spoke with Nick about my situation and what it would entail to have my taxes done and was then given a quote of $400. After finally getting my tax return (very very late) I got a bill for nearly $900! Over double what I was quoted. After emailing him twice to ask about it, I never got a response. I only got yet another bill in the mail for now added interest for not paying soon enough. Not an honest company.

We received a quote for tax services and after the fact was charged over double!!!!
We had a few questions and had no idea he was charging us per a question! Or anything he had to look up!
UNEXPECTED EXPENSES!!!
We paid $350 and received a bill for $1000!!
HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!! Everrrr!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE!!!!!! We were quoted one price to have our taxes done and charged triple! We asked questions about retirement and we were charged without being told!!! $350 quote ended up being $1000 to have our taxes done!!! Absolutely awful and unethical! He did this to our friend that recommended him and his family members too! WILL NEVER EVER USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!
