Low rating for delays, mistakes, but the most infuriating is how hard it is to actually reach Ms. Klein. Also, the five star rating was made by one of her employees so I would take that with a grain of salt.
Delays- I filed my taxes more than a month before the deadline but my paperwork wasn't even completed until the last two weeks. She did give me a discount so I appreciate that and I kept the review at 2 stars.
Mistakes- I filed a savings bonds form with her but when I called the treasury company they stated that they had never received a form.
Lack of contacts- Reaching her wasn't so hard when we first started doing taxes. It became much more difficult when they delayed my paperwork and I called for clarification multiple times. After I found out about the mistake with my savings bonds, I called once but she was on vacation. No big deal so I left a message with the receptionist. Called a week later but still on vacation so i left another message with the receptionist again. A few weeks after, still hadn't heard anything so I called again. She was in a meeting but I was told she would call back. Two hours later, I was told she was at a doctor's appointment but she would call me back. After I hung up on them, miraculously they called back and said that Ms. Klein could assist me. Huh.
Perhaps there were other factors occurring throughout this hellish process that I was not aware of. Regardless, I feel it is my obligation to write this review so that others will be more informed if they decide to do their taxes with Ms. Klein. You do not need this much stress for something that is already stressful enough.
