Their hours say they close at 5:30 I arrived at 5 and they said they where closed and they always close at 5 please fix your hours on google

The man on the phone was very extremely rude and he would not talk to me since I am not a contractor. He actually hung on me when I was talking to him. I wouldn't even give him a star if I could. He doesn't deserve one!!!

While they didn't have the odd part that I was looking for, the person I spoke with couldn't have been nicer and even called me back when we got disconnected. Great customer service.

In Fresno most other supply houses close at 5pm but Johnstone is open until 5:30pm, most supply houses are closed on Saturday but not Johnstone, most charge for training classes if even offered but many of Johnstone’s trainings are free, and where most supply houses have a limited selection of supplies Johnstone is heavily stocked. Johnstone has provided me with great customer service and they care about the success of my company. To me they are a premium service provider!

They don’t sale anything to public is what I was told buy the gentleman that answered the phone who was very unfriendly. I asked him where in town I can get one and he said there is no where to purchase one, and that I would need a license to purchase it, and basically I would have to call a service guy.What happened to the average DIY guy who wants to save money and fix stuff himself?Sure I can buy on-line, but that takes a few days. People to try to buy local, well I tried and it’s a joke this like this place is.
