Very limited staff. 8 people in line and one person behind the counter. Didn't offer any apologies, nothing until I walked out of line and asked if she called someone else up. To reply, I'm the only one, there is NO help. Who staffs a schedule that way????

Jasmine was amazing! She helped my daughter find her first sewing machine; And the manager who came to assist was also great with the help. Customer service was really good when we came in here and the store was very well organized.

They won’t hire staff. One cashier all the time. It’s typical to stand in line for 20-30 minutes. The store is typically a mess and disorganized. It’s so quiet when you go in because it’s a ghost town. Good luck finding help. Shoppers help you more than staff.

Item was not marked as a door buster so my 20% off coupon would not work at the register. I waited in line for 20 minutes to find this out. Store is filthy and disorganized.

The store was difficult to navigate but it did have lots of tags for items on sale or deals. I was able to find what I needed. Waited a long time for my purchase and there was a long line.

Definitely won't shop or buy things online from here again. So disappointed don't even try the curb side your better off picking up your stuff inside the store if they even have it. Inventory is always off and even the shipping process is always delayed and then they cancel the whole order. Their customer service line is a joke they direct you to email them and then they never respond. Beyond frustrating!!

Love shopping at Joanns. Always a great place to find what I need. With the employees they do have, they always try their best to help out. It is sad that corporate only hires a small amount of employees to do what double the amount would be able to do comfortably. There was a long wait at the cash register and I felt bad. They were trying their best. I tried applying there and they weren't hiring despite their need for more. That's a lot of stress to put on a small staff being that we're in Holiday season. I guess corporate cares more about profit margin versus their employees.

I come here all the time and never have I experienced such rude customer service especially by an older lady that works here her name is Becky probably in her late 60s long white grey hair. I called to let them know I've been outside waiting for 30 mins for my curbside pick up and she goes to tell me they are busy and I understood that and I told her I can wait on the sidewalk or walk up to you and she yells at me and tells me she is not gonna argue with me and says she's busy and hangs up on my face . Horrible customer service especially somebody her age . If corporate can contact me because as somebody that works in retail I've never hung up on somebody's face because I'm frustrated.

Amanda and her team are doing amazing. There were only three people running the whole store today and the line was really long but they made sure it moved quickly while also being friendly to everyone. Tried to return something and the computer system was being difficult but everyone maintained their composure and were able to figure out a work around. These are the kind of employees every business needs. Also way better prices than Michael's, Walmart and Amazon.

Employees did not even lift a finger to help me find a fabric I was looking for. They had told me at first to put my name on a waiting list to receive help, so I did. Waited for multiple customers ahead and once it got to me they said well if you don’t see the fabric in the isle, you’re SOL. Online it said the fabric was there in store. There was tons of fabrics laid out behind the counter and they barely bothered to look through those. Maybe if they put back the fabrics they previously cut they would be much more helpful!

This used to be my favorite place to shop for all my sewing and crafting needs, BUT, it has been difficult to shop in a store that is so unkempt. Floors dirty, fabric piled (many, many piles) behind cutting table. Many, many shopping carts filled with merchandise in front of customer service. The clearance section at the back of the store was just a mess they even had shopping carts filled-very high-that it would have been dangerous to look at products in the cart or even to move so you could see what was on the shelves. I stopped going to this store for about a year, but I was given a gift card and visited the store recently. It was cleaner, even the clearance section and the fabric department. I will be a returning customer.

To my surprise, this store was clean, organized, and very welcoming! I was able to find what I was looking for, and that left me enough time to do a little browsing!

They remodeled the local store recently. It's now much easier to get around, and actually seems better stocked. I love their sales!
