I am a returning patient. I have been to other places in Fresno but nothing compares to this place. I am not left alone wondering what is my next. Jimenez is prompt to assist you. Your not just waiting around to get assisted. I love this place due to my own experience and love it. I will be coming if I need to. But this is my #1 place and always will be. Thank you Jimenez and everyone who works there.

Jimenez Jimenez physical therapy has been around for about 20 to 25 years I personally have been going there for 21 years Michael and James Jimenez are the owners and over the years have provided fantastic service to me I have had 15 surgeries and have been to them for therapy for everyone that needed physical therapy James or Michael will go through your initial visit with you explain everything to you about your injury answer all your questions and are very very helpful I don't know what I would've done without their help I did go to one other therapy center a few years ago just to see the difference and there was no comparison that Therapy center was a one compared to attend at Jimenez and I don't say this just because I like the owners and they're very kind to everyone they really work one on one with you and I'll serve their staff is great they help you as much as you can they set you up explain what to do how to do it and answer all your questions I just can't say enough good about this physical therapy center I hope whoever reads this will take a chance and go there when they need physical therapy it's not a giant facility but it's not a very small facility they make enough time to help everyone that goes in there it's very comfortable and very informal and I also have a lot of fun meeting new people all the time so whoever reads this I hope you give them a chance they're great and I would recommend anybody to go to them in fact they have over 15 people and they've all enjoyed it thanks for reading Carol moreno

The back office people are *great*. However, the front office girl is such a nasty, condescending piece of work I quit going here just to avoid her horrible 'I'm better than you are' attitude. I was starting PT and trying to fit it in my regular work schedule but had trouble and needed to move appointments because of client schedules. The girl was not happy with that and got nasty every single time. Nope - no time for that. I go to a different place now and see a lovely group of folks who are able to *professionally* hold me accountable for missed appointments AND be flexible when I need to change things. Save yourself some time and skip Jimenez all together unless they spank that little girl who does appointments. Who needs that when you already feel terrible?

Absolutely phenomenal!! All of the staff is extremely considerate and helpful. The physical therapists really worked with you and didn’t feel rushed at all. The physical therapy aids are also very kind, attentive, and answer any questions you may have. Everyone really takes their time with you and even though they are very busy, nothing feels rushed. I also appreciated the lockers they provide for you to put your stuff into while you do your exercises so you don’t have to worry about your stuff. I absolutely recommend this place!!

I and so grateful for everyone at Jimenez Physical Therapy! Every single person there was caring, efficient , professional, accommodating and helpful. It is a rare thing to experience absolutely no problems over 12 visits! I want to thank everyone there for my speedy recover!I will try not to need PT services again, but if I do - you can be sure I will go to Jiminez Physical Therapy!

From the front desk to the physical therapist- everyone is great to deal with . Friendly atmosphere, and great location. Staff is attentive as soon as you walk in the door. Physical therapist does not rush through the procedure.

Good experience. My wife was treated several years ago and I went recently for my back. They gave me exercises to help long term prevention.

I have been to many physical therapy places in Fresno and this is by far the best one. The doctor explained every single detail to me, and told me why he was doing it and what I could expect. Very professional, very accommodating to my needs. What impressed me as much was the total cleanliness. New towels, new pillow cases, employees walking around sanitizing the equipment. Front desk was very efficient. Overall I was very impressed with the entire experience. I don't know which brother helped me, but he did a great job.
