Have tried to cancel my reoccuring monthly payment multiple times now, both in person and over the phone. Have had 3 separate people confirm with me that my subscription has been canceled, and I still continue to be charged.
The express wash often leaves residue leftover from the employees not getting middle spots, the full detail service employees often leave noticable spots all over the inside and still ask for tip.
Super disappointing overall.

I recently visited this car wash and was highly disappointed with the service. The customer service was poor, with the staff being unprofessional and unfriendly, as I voiced my concern to have the issue fixed and wanted to point out the mistakes, "the manager" accused me of being mean, while it was clear he was trying to intimidate me. He tried throwing a coupon at me for a new wash but there is no way I will return.
Additionally, the job done on my car was also subpar. The cleaning was rushed and incomplete, leaving dirty spots all over the inside of my vehicle. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone looking for quality service and professionalism.

I have used Jack’s car wash off and on for years. This was the worst car wash I’ve had. It only took him 30 minutes. The floor mats are dirty. The cupholders are dirty. I would normally make them correct it. But I don’t have time for incompetence.

This place is my new go-to car wash. I was very impressed with the quality of work they put in to every car. They even cleaned the interior of my vehicle as well. Looked brand new when they were done. Gave each of the girls that worked on my suv a nice tip. They deserved it.

I hardly ever leave a review let alone a bad one ...i have been a customer at this place for last 15+ years.........today I had a issue with my service plan that I have been enrolled in since the day Jacks car wash started offering it and I have 4 cars enrolled in the monthly plan ....came in to replace one of the sticker for my new car since I sold the old car......apparently the owner was at the register and the amount of attitude this man had was unbelievable and over what I did not understand Lolzz ....man you should have stayed home if you didn't feel like working at your own place, why leave the house with your miserable self and make others beautiful happy morning miserable too, I have never seen a owner resolve and issue with such attitude....such horrible experience such horrible attitide....I bet his employess laugh at him behind his back too...he should stay home more ..WHAT A PIECE OF WORK!!!! would give 0 stars for today if I could .

I like this place for only two reasons: convenient location to me and it's a "hand" car wash.
Unfortunately, your car doesn't necessarily get that clean from the wash. If you're not first in line, soap will dry onto your vehicle. They have spray bottles they continuously spray to try to get those spots removed.
Workers try to keep and will sometimes inadvertently leave windows un-wiped.

Great people to talk to. They make sure your car gets focus if you need it. Everyone is there to make some money. So tip well if they do well. Minimum wage sucks no a days. The entry clerk is always kind. I do wish they could do cash at the entry. But I can handle the exercise of walking in when needed. I also like that, for my truck, they hand wash and dry, Keeps the brushes from doing any possible damage. And honestly, for the price, its a great deal.

Very poor experience today.
Bad customer service. Instead of fixing the problem and owning their mistakes they asked me to take my business elsewhere. I would never allow a repeat customer who is voicing a concern about subpar service leave without making it right. Managers need to do better and learn how to service customers.
