Avoid at all costs. Was with the for over 4 years. Ended when i called to fill my tank and was told i had late fee of $25 and when i asked they got an attitude. Been sending invoices to old address and stated they had called me. I explained that they have my mobile and never once called me. Asked if they could work on the interest and we can figure out and was told no. Then offered me a gas fill up over 30% higher than another. Canceled service and moved over to Amerigas. Then they picked up about 90 gal of fuel and hit me with multiple charges so in the end they didn't have to refund me and made me still pay $38. If you want a company to overcharge you and then screw you in the end they're your company. Otherwise find a better provider.

We have been very pleased with the service Jack Griggs Inc., has provided for us. We would recommend this service to anyone who asks as they are very efficient and conscientious about taking care of our propane needs and their prices are so very reasonable. We are sticking with Jack Griggs!!
