“These guys are doing everything they can to not pay the long term care policy for my mom, who is now deceased. They think it is reasonable to make caregivers wait weeks for payment. They refused to accept the daily logs we had the caregivers do because they want it on their forms. We are now in the process of putting the info on their forms.The fact we have these forms, tax forms showing we paid out of pocket, cancelled checks, they dont care! We paid over $60k out of pocket for 6 months then paid private pay for caregivers and BL will only go back 365 days or 16 months. They had the nerve to tell me I should have activated the policy earlier. Gee, I am sorry I was caring for my 90 plus year old parents both who were disabled and one bedridden. They had no problem taking my parents money every month. My opinion, they are crooks.”

“I see lot of bad reviews here for Fidelity, and I can't comment on any of the other escrow officers, but Adam Turner and James Sweeten are the absolute best in the business. I do quite a few real estate transactions and have dealt with many different title companies over the years, but I can say hands down Adam and James are always my go-to. Was forced to use Old Republic recently due to sellers preference, and it was night and day when compared to dealing with Adam and James. With Old Republic, I had to follow up with the Escrow Officer several times to get an email reply which is the opposite when compared to Fidelity. Adam and James are EXTREMELY responsive (responses to emails often within minutes) and they are some of the most knowledgeable escrow officers in the business. They are the G.O.A.T.s of the escrow industry in Fresno.”
