Juan and that girl at the office are undercover dating. Will send you another brand of glass, disguising it. Windshields are all scratched and damaged every time. Gets upset if you call them about that.

Horrible experience with this company.They treat Mexicans like trash But if it’s an American they treat you so well.The lady at the front is the rudest person I have ever came across she has problems in her head and starts creating illusions and false narratives I believe her name is Giselle.Juan isn’t a good person either and he’s not fit to be a person in charge they need better dictators who know how to run a business with a smile on their face and customer service A1 and clearly whoeverrunning this company at this location isn’t doing a good job doing so.The drivers are also a problem they come with attitude to drop off glass.They have no business etiquette whatsoever and need a new management a whole new team to run this business rightAlso glass comes damage and when you try to talk to someone about fixing the issue in regards to glass being damaged they don’t want to take responsibilityStay away.FRESNO LOCATION IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY HAVE THE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ESPECIALLY THE RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE FRONT REP DESK GISELEE.& JUAN DONT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS YOU GUY NEED TO HIRE OR BRING IN SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS AND IS UNDERSTANDING WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACE NOT SOMEONE WHO IS RUDE & has no compassion for anyone.OVERALL THE DRIVERS ALSO HAVE A PROBELM AS WELL COMING IN ASKING FOR TIPS? Pay your workers right so they don’t have to come in with an attitude and asking for tips when they drop glass off that’s their JOB. To deliver glass. & also stop deleting my comment obviously I’m voicing a concern to whoever running this page and if you’re deleting this comment it’s because YOU GUYS ACKNOWLEDGE THE SHADY BUSINESS.
