Taxes are definitely not my area of expertise; every step that I may not have been completely clear on or had questions, was explained in a manner in which I had a clear understanding and didn't leave feeling confused or uncertain. I also didn't feel like I was just another transaction, which being a Mortgage Loan Officer, I believe is extremely important in the customer service industry. At the Fresno branch off of Bullard and Figarden, Ms. Knight, provided me a joyful and very pleasant tax-filing experience. I look forward to having my taxes done with her over the next few years while I'm here in Fresno.

Joane was the most amazing H&R Block tax professional I have come across. Her questions are so thorough and her kindness is unmatched. I file at the Figarden location and highly recommend it! This is my second year with them and I won't go anywhere else. I bought a house in 2022 and was nervous about tax season because I was unsure if any hidden fees would pop up and I was so grateful that it was smooth and I had done everything right. Definitely recommend that location and H&R Block.

No Stars!! They are awlful.figured my 2020 taxes wrong, charged $275.00 Won't return calls, (went on for 6 months) had to go to another accountant to have my taxes corrected. Took 12 months to get my refund back from irs. WILL NEVER SuGGEST THEM to my worst enemy. Turned them into the better business bureau. Horrible!!!!
