Tax Professional Specialist is a real life expert with a strong sense of humility and compassion! I can see her halo ? literally!
Today, this phenomenal lady boss left me a voicemail to clarify my scheduled appointment!
I am going to be completely honest and say that this was the best decision I’ve ever made to call her back to make sure she was aware of my appointment change! As busy as it gets for her and her colleagues she dropped everything to ensure that I didn’t have to miss my next appointment! She walked me through a step by step process of getting the legitimate documents to bring and what was needed and why!
I highly recommend this location for the past tax specialist Glenn and Erica who are interesting in the wellbeing of the client and are extremely passionate, professional, and willing to do the work that is required to get the client to the best possible outcome! I am very confident in my ability to do business with them only!
I don’t trust anyone else and was not able to make sense of what direction to take due to the way other businesses I had tried before had failed me in the sense of “strictly business and not patient with the client who is not always the annoying one!” Even the annoying one who is not even in a position of awareness would be willing to give up their behavior if Mindy had called!

Nancy is very professional but also friendly. She explained everything. Gave me some information for next year's tax return. She took time with me. I didn't feel rushed. My appointment time was incorrect but Nancy handled it with professionalism. I appreciated it. I already have my appointment for next year.?
