The return they sent to IRS doesn't match the return they gave me. The people in office tried to say I paid late. But they admitted they sent different return to IRS.
I had to pay a penalty because I paid what they told me. Somehow my return change after I left office. They said if I bought the extra protection they would pay for their mistake. How about just give me the same return they send in.
The guy who did my taxes won't be back for 2 months. Nobody in office could explain why the return they gave me was different from return they sent in. Expect for a there must of been a glitch. Now I'm stuck with a penalty for not paying the total amount. It's hard to pay the right amount when they give you the wrong amount to pay. I don't recommend h&r block. Never had a problem when I did them myself online.

I had called customer service to inquire about their tax course and was scheduled for a phone appointment with Charles. He didn't call me, so I called the office. Charles answer the phone and was very rude from the start told me that tax course where not his thing and couldn't help me. When I asked general question his answer was "that is not my problem." He was very rude and unprofessional.

I have an issue with the front desk they are no help when I call, the supervisor is hardly ever there and when you leave a message they never call back. I waited a whole day to get a call back after calling them several times. it has been almost 2months since I have received my taxes and still no updates as to when and why.
