“Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. First time staying here and was very happy with the service desk, room cleanliness, bar and bartender in the middle of the hotel. I was on the first floor and was very pleased with how quiet my room was on the floor. Definitely recommend.”

“I have never ever really written a review for a place before in my life. Being away from home and working over the weekend was already horrible for me, and it could have been worse if this hotel had never informed me about my headphones (thank you very much Tony and the cleaning service) that I left and completely forgot about. The service here is A1 by far!”

“Leaving early from FAT, this is a good quality hotel with complimentary breakfast. The corner room was extremely large. The water was very hot. I enjoyed the staff. Close to a Lil ceasers, Quiznos, Starbucks. 2 mind from airport and a free shuttle.”

“You may be turned off because of the alleged reputation of Fresno or Piccadilly Inn but the Hampton Inn is updated, quiet, decently priced and also includes a hot breakfast (not just continental- think IHG breakfast)Rooms are upgraded, comfy and has the bigger bottles of shampoo conditioner soap and lotion in the bathrooms. I was booked a double queen, standard room which included the microwave, fridge and coffee pot. There was also a small desk, plenty of closet and drawer space for clothes. Wifi also was included which I think is free for 7 days, it was enough to do work and stream some shows. What really stood out to me was the gym- you know some hotels have a "workout room" listed as an amenity and its like A treadmill and maybe free weights?--- no this one is legit!!The star is a Peleton bike(you could create a free profile and do a pre program workout (lots of choices) Also an elliptical, two treadmills, two flat(adjust) weight benches, and a variety of free weight dumbbells, some kettlebells and weighted balls, and a workout machine. Plus there are towels to catch your sweat.Overall I'd look forward to staying here again”

“Really enjoyed the environment of the hotel. It is very appropriately named “garden” as it is filled with fruit trees and roses. It feels like a little oasis, and apparently there is an orchard in the back you can visit as well. The staff were met up with in the morning were so gracious and helpful i wouldn’t be surprised to learn it is employee owned. Thank you for a lovely birthday stay”

“The inn was located right off the 99 highway. The rooms were large, clean, and well maintained. Quality inn was less expensive than all the surrounding inns and hotels. We stayed there going up to our destination and returning home on the same trip.”

“This is your standard 3-star hotel. The rooms, for the most part, are clean, the service is good and the breakfast is satisfactory. If you’re looking for a decent hotel at a quality price in a good location, I would recommend it. Though I will say that I agree with the other comments that the pillows are waaaayyyy too soft.Rooms: Good for the price.”

The hotel's strategic placement added a layer of convenience to my trip, making it a delightful experience overall. Highly recommended for those seeking a well-located and enjoyable stay in Fresno.”

“Clean, functional, basic. Staff friendly and efficient. Will be back. Thursday night and place is full of travelling reps. Obviously offers good value for money. Just don't expect luxury or fine dining. Otherwise completely ”

“This is a “typical“ Courtyard, that is in very good condition, well staffed with excellent employees from top to bottom, very clean, plenty of parking, and a nice little mini café to get your morning coffee. I’ve stayed in hundreds of courtyards across the country And rarely have I had a bad experience. This one in Fresno is terrific and I plan to stay there again.”

“Great place for an overnight, but even better for extended stays, they offer breakfast every morning. The rooms are extremely large, 55" flat screen TV, a separate sitting area, a small kitchen with dishes, 2 burner cook tops, a dishwasher, a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, (as they don't have ice machines) cooking ware and utensils, and quite a bit of storage to use. They offer handicap equipped rooms, whether for physical, hearing, blind. Bathrooms are extremely large. The staff here are not only very nice, caring, very helpful, and knowledgeable about things to do,places to visit and places to eat no matter what type of cuisine you might want. Will definitely make this our place to stay on return trips to visit family in Fresno.Rooms: Are amazingSafety: Security patrols every night from 10pm-7am, you get free parking, however they do require that you register your vehicle, and then give you a tag to place on the dash so that security knows that you belong here.”

“I stayed here for one night on my way passing through south. The room was good. I was on the first floor and barely noticed the road noise. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. They have long parking spaces which was convenient as I was driving through with a moving truck. The location is good as well as there are a few fast food places within walking for grabbing something to eat. If you need a place to stay in Fresno give this place a try.”

“Room was clean enough to sleep in, I brought my own blanket and pillow and slept on top of my blanket and wrapped my self with it. The neighborhood was not the best, it didn't bother me because I wasn't there to have a good time. Sleep and shower and that was it. Gated entrance but when the locals just wait for you to come or go and they just drive or walk right in gates are pointless and could give a false sense of security. The sound of sirens and loud residents can make sleeping difficult.”

“This was overall the nicest stay I've had, in a Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express. Much more like staying at a Hilton Home2 or better. Im not sure why this one was better or maybe they have upped their game across all of the HIE locations. Nothing amazing happaned with room, services or comfort but it was really nice. Maybe next time amazing will happen and I can give it five stars. And there will be a next time, I'm pleased to say.”

“My check in experience was great! I was greeted by the African American girl at the front lobby. I forget her name but she was so sweet and accommodating. Good conversation. She took the time to help me with my heavy luggage and showed me where the ice machine was at (even though it was out of ice). The room was clean and parking was safe. Security was a little creepy staring at me.. but all in all the stay was a 4 stars maybe 5. Thank you!”

“Stayed for the two cities marathon. Made my reservation online through IHG and the room was $143.10 and tax was $79.32 for A total of $222.42. I was put on 4th floor right by the freeway and had noise all night long. I am a member of their loyalty program and could not believe there are no benefits to that. When checking in, they took an additional $100 for incidentals. Now they do not have a bar, no restaurant, the laundry is coin operated and there is no swimming pool. I don't understand what incidentals. When checking out, I was given a receipt for $135.40. When I asked about these discrepancies, they said I agreed to pay the $222.42 and my incidentals charge would be returned in 3-5 days. It's been 5 and still no return. I will not be returning and this has made me re-think using IHG and Holiday Inn.”

“This hotel is a hidden gem, I'm telling you every single time I come here I'm amazed how clean the bathrooms are!! like I have ocd and I will inspect to try to find a single hair on the bed and in the shower. not because I want it..but because I want to find before it finds it's way on to my skin and Idk how they do it! I cant find one single hair!! thank u to the cleaning ladies!! you guys are the reason my anxiety is non exzistante, anyways, it's honest to God my num one pic when coming to Fresno. due to the fact that I know without any doubt, they do an exquisite job cleaning. whoever pays these women, please give them a raise. I'm just saying when u can find jobs being done that well? you wouldn't want them to be able to find anywhere else to go they clearly have this place so well managed and they will go out of their way to help u even sometimes not even speaking any English, they know the launguage of knowing when someone could use a hand. and they will run to u when ur hands are full and help open ur door... gosh I wish! I could take them home with me and pay them more than whoever pays them and lastly they are so nice most hotels bug and knock on ur door and are loud when it's morning talking to one another they don't do that here. they are so respectful!”

“This hotel was good for a simple one night stay. Ease of check in, lots of parking, friendly staff. The BW breakfast was particularly good at this one. I appreciate the yogurt dispenser that I paired with granola and banana slices. Room was not 100% clean, but the staff remedied it immediately. I'm waiting and hoping that BW chains will rip out the disgusting carpets soon and replace them with the faux wood floors. No matter how clean a room, anywhere, hotel carpets are appalling.”

“10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Service 10/10 would recommend Wasn't thinking too much into it, just needed somewhere to stay for the night as I was only in town for one night. I saw that the rooms looked clean and booked. When I arrived I was politely greeted by Reuben who made the whole experience. He Was super friendly and kind and honestly made my night. Aside from the amazing customer service, the rooms were very well maintained. Clean, smell clean, and ultimately a nice stay. Appreciate the stay and the service. Would stay here again!”

“My job requires traveling. . It's bad enough that my family can't travel with me and I miss them so much, , plus the price of gas, groceries and hotels have skyrocketed. I want to stay in hotels that do not charge an unreasonable price , plus the room must be roomy, clean, and doesn't have that lingering smell of cigarettes or of the previous person .I also appreciate or value the real meaning of customer service. At the end of the day whenI''m tired and needs something , I expect the , concierge to help me and I expect them to be polite , even with a smile. Finally, we can't forget essentials like microwave,, coffeemaker, small refrigerator. a heavenly bed with heavenly pillows and a c a warm, soft blankets. and a large size flat smart TV with free shows and free moviesThis was the exact experience I had from Days Inn Yosemite 6050 N Blackstone in Fresno.Thank you very much for making my time away from home pleasant and more manageable.. Kudos to the staff like Jordan.”

“Used it Park N Airport. The best service in the vicinity for sure. Extremely courteous front desk girls, they were extremely helpful and forthcoming. The cost is reasonable. To top it, the shuttle was on time and an extremely nice, friendly driver team. I used it at midnight, both the driver and front desk were very pleasant at that odd time. Would definitely use it again and recommend ?.”

“I really liked staying here because I was able to bring my dog with me and only had to pay a $10 deposit. I stayed for about a month. The place was secure and quiet at night the managers are accommodating and accepted my dog without hesitation. They even helped me out when my car broke down. I do have a issue with the WiFi password being changed every 3-4 hours. That can get real annoying and inconvenient. I think they should just change it once a day at 11am check out time. It's not necessary to do it every couple hours. But this place is a cool spot to chill. Never had any problems with this place.”
