Someone help determine if I got what I paid for! Very disappointed. Supposed to be S4S Grade A Kiln dried. I would not be complaining if this was Home Depot Lumber. This is a special order and I paid a lot of money for it. I expected them to help me out and just replace the ones I could not use for my pergola, but instead, had to just pay for more. Got the new stuff and looks 10x better than what I initially got. What’s up with that?! Again, I expected better. I am very disappointed!
**Update** Holt came through and fixed my order for me. They were able to replace all the wood for me at no extra cost! I was able to continue on and finish my project, which came out great with the new lumber!

If you live in the Central Valley and are looking for a hard working to to help out with custom projects this is the best place in town. They are really resourceful and work with a sense of urgency. -Thank you holt Lumber for making me feel like family .

As a contractor in Texas, Watching the video of the employees that are so uneducated about being a citizen of the United States is pitiful. Learn the first 5 Amendments of our constitution at least. Educate yourselves. Why is it always the people from California that are ignorant to our right's? Must be Democrats. Wake up already and be more professional.

I'm sure most of the negative reviews come from viewers of a YouTube channel. The channel represents itself as being about 1st Amendment rights, but to me it's basically just click bait. They go to businesses and film from the public right of way and hope to get a reaction from the business owners, customers, or the police. Who wouldn't want to know why some people show up at your business and start filming things? The bigger the reaction, the more views, and probably the more money they make. In my opinion, this YouTube channel is more about making money, than it is about protecting 1st Amendment rights. I'm sure Holt Lumber, Inc. is actually an Excellent business.

Great customer service. I had a small order of drywall sheets and some framing 2x4s and they took the time to communicate clearly from start to finish.

I don't know what's up with the negative reviews. I ordered some framing and drywall from them. The customer service over the phone was great. The wood -- all green -- was decent quality. Delivery wasn't cheap but they were honest and up-front about the high delivery charge for smaller orders.

I would give them 1/2 star. I watched a video of their unprofessionalism. Wasting time and money on cameramen who have every right to film on public property via 1st amendment. Instead of ignoring them and serving their clientele they all just get in on the action.
