My friend & I went in yesterday 07/08/2024 right before the store closed. Jessica M & the manager there, the little older lady not the tall sweet one.
Both ladies are very rude. I’ve been coming to this Hobby Lobby for years. Every time I come I always have Jessica M. as the cashier.
I usually ignore the negative attitude Jessica M. gives off but last night was very uncalled for.
While walking out the store, I was not even near the door I heard the manager say to Jessica M., “Her?”
Jessica M. stated. “THAT ONE.” With so much attitude.
I am very thankful to Jehovah I am a changed person because the old me would have approached both ladies.
I love Hobby Lobby as well & I do not want to have to be asked to not come back to this location.
This location is usually my last 1, I try to avoid this 1 as much as possible.
Reminder ladies, treat customers with respect because you would not want to be treated the same negative way you had done to my friend & I.
Also Jessica M :) the little box of jewels have gone on sale before. Like I mentioned to you at the register yesterday, I have bought them when they were $4.50 :)
Anyways I would suggest going to the Clovis or Herndon 99 locations. I don’t ever have a problem with at these 2 locations.

A lot of great, fun things but the lines are so long when trying to check out! Definitely not enough cashiers to check out all the hordes of people. I did see about 6 employees on the floor but only 2 cashier's checking out customers! I didn't want to wait in an hour or more line so we left. :( I'll never go there again!

I always like going into all Hobby Lobby stores? I feel like a little kid again looking at everything over & over... The Employees are there in case you need help and to have them direct you to the right place. Cashier's are ready when your ready, The store is very clean...
