I've been going to this smoke shop for a couple years now. Always great prices on Tobacco. All of the staff have been very nice, helpful and professional. I just love this smoke shop. I haven't Vaped nicotine for probably 6 to 8 years and wanted to get back to it but, everything has changed. Whoever was working on November 5, 2023 at 6:45 p.m. was very nice, helpful and explained nicotine vapes to this slow old man, lol. Thank you High Mood Smoke Shop!

Always a pleasant experience here. Very sweet owner, takes note of his regulars and will always offer to make things right. Has a variety of products, from smoking, apparel, insents, pictures with frames, pop figures, etc. A really good shop overall, recommended to a couple friends alrdy.

Love this smoke shop been coming for years but to say the least this year I’ve visiting way more and the new owner has amazing customer service always makes me feel welcomed tells me about new things they have coming or have already always joking and smiling .. I highly recommend

I’m a guy in a wheelchair and found this smoke shop to be very welcoming. Ahmar is very helpful but overpriced black and milds. Only a joke, great smoke shop definitely my go too from now on.

Close by my house and have the product i use. But the white girl there needs to be replace. She always skip me when other people comes in after me. Not the first time. This has happened at least 4x. Last time she told me to wait and i waited for 2 costumers before i was attended, when all i needed was some wraps. Why do i need to wait for 15 mins when i was there first and my transaction would only take 5 sec. They have the stuff i want but they need to stay on to of their inventory. Some days i go in and they don't have it til 2 weeks later. Overall decent smoke shop.

Went in today with a defective item that did not fit, it was also unused, they do not back their product they sell, they hide their no refunds or exchanges signs in small areas, if you have a issue with any product you will have no luck, take your business some where else.
