I placed an order on 10-16-21 . I paid extra for faster delivery. They guarantee 2 day delivery I paid extra for faster ship today is 10-21-21 no package. On the 10-21-21 received notice will take extra week . Why did I pay for faster shipping. Where is my F%€king package. Why did I pay extra for faster ship to be told it will take additional week to receive. Shame on you and Amazon.DON’T buy from this company ??

Came to this shop today bc it was close to my house, assumed it would be cool like every other basic shop, i was wrong :/ we were coming for butane, this brand in particular bc of the usual good deal buy 1 get 1; but we were told after taking 4 (2+the 2 free) to the register, that the free one was already inside the can?? So making us pay for all 4 individually, we were both shocked bc every other smoke shop in Fresno has the deal buy 1 can get a whole other can free.. we still needed some asap so bought 1 anyways but after paying he had the audacity to ask for ID, after earlier asking if we were over the age and us not having to show.. kinda funny lol we won’t be coming back!!

This is my neibourhood Smoke Shop. I am always greeted warmly by the Shop person.and he is very Knowledgeable about all of the products in the shop. I enjoy just looking around and see all the different items such as T shirts, incense, gifts for Smokers ......lol. There are many smokers, and this is the shop for us. Grate service, great prices.......ðŸ‘ðŸ˜

I can't say enough good things about the Havana House Smoke Shop. I have been going to this store for the past two years. It is always well organized & clean. The young man that works there is always extremely kind and helpful with anything you need! I would recommend anyone who is looking for the best price and top shelf fire products, This is the smoke shop you would want to go to!!! I would defiantly give them 5 stars!!
