I spent 2 days waiting to purchase a Hybrid Chrysler Pacifica because it needed to be inspected and detailed. Not an issue. I was happy to wait. Signed some paperwork 8/29/24. Had to come back at 8 pm on 8/30/24 that night to pick it up after being detailed. It was missing a headrest and the headphones for the screens. Not a big deal. Asked about them before I left, was told to come back 9/3/24. Cool. Can do so. Headrest and headphones are not a big deal. HOWEVER... I drove straight home, parked the van, went out the next morning to start it... Nothing. It wouldn't start. Nothing. Bought a new battery, still wouldn't start. Less than 24 hours of owning this car. I've already had to contact an attorney and file claims. I've contacted Fresno Mazda, but they want me to have the car towed to them on my dime. I would so much rather come to a solution with them, than go through arbitration, however, I bought a running vehicle. This vehicle isn't running.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Zion at Mazda Fresno, for at least the past 3-4 months, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I met Zion he made me feel comfortable and at ease, without any of the typical pressure you might expect at a car dealership. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and really took the time to not only understand what I was looking for, but allow me to make the decision to purchase at my pace.
What stood out to me most about Zion's approach is how he handled my business with professionalism and integrity, guiding me through the process without being overly aggressive or pushy. He provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision and respected my pace throughout the entire process. I would be amiss to not give a HUGE shout out to Mr. Scottie who made the pieces come together, and sealed the deal. Both of these gentlemen were men of integrity. They did not say one thing over the phone, and change things up when I got to the dealership. Big THANK YOU to Scottie and Zion. Also, Jorge in the finance department, recognized my need to expedite things and he was on point and very pleasant to deal with as well. A great team, overall.
I was really happy to finally trade in my car for a new 2024 CX-30 and for Zion to reap the benefits, because I was a really slow decision making customer, and his patience was impeccable. Zion I give you five stars all the way!

Salesman George made buying a new car very easy and stress free. He was very patient with multiple test drives of different models and was very patient and willing to work around our schedule when we would come in and buy. Jimmy made the price negotiation easy and very open and transparent. And finally Jorge in finance took time to explain everything and never pressured us on anything. Overall a very positive experience at Fresno Mazda and we would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and I was extremely impressed with the service. Zion the salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy. Went to help my daughter buy her first car last month and had such a great experience! Zion was the salesperson that helped us out. He was no nonsense and presented what I asked for, I appreciated the transparency and help we asked for. This week I reached out to ask for Zion again when it came to helping my other daughter buy her first car, it was nothing short of the first experience. I will definitely recommend him again!

Best customer service ever!!!! I recommend Fresno Mazada to everyone. Jocelyn, Jennifer. Zion, Chris they all made sure I got exactly the vehicle I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Best of all I had my new vehicle delivered right to my door!!!!! I just want to start by saying thanks to everyone at Mazda and spacial thanks to George the sales representative who greeted me with great attitude and made me feel welcome throw out the entire process of finding the perfect car for me honestly i appreciate it a lot is hard sometimes to walk to a dealership and feel welcome because sometimes they make you feel like you can’t afford a car or that your not qualified to buy one but not once i felt like that at Mazda they worked me and got me a good deal thank you again I also want to thank George from finance he made the paperwork process nice and smooth and he was a pleaser to work with as well and he explain everything very clear and straight forward thank you again to everyone you guys are awesome I ? percent recommend Mazda
