Failure to disclose that urgent message on screen would not be deleted with driver airbag recall & replacement & that airbags will not activate after airbag replacement therefore rendering vehicle unsafe for passengers. Service manager denied & refused to complete necessary repairs to allow airbag system to operate to protect passengers from injury.

Service was good however waiting time was outrageous. We were told that the service will take one or maximum two hours. So we decided to wait while the car was serviced. It took more than five hours to complete a simple routine annual check up . And the reasoning why it is taking so long was that we needed tire rotation. If I would’ve known it would take five hours, I could schedule my day more efficiently and not waste my time waiting. I wish their estimated time will be more accurate as a courtesy for their clients.

One of the best Volvo dealerships that I have visited across country. The whole staff is very friendly and attentive and try their best to accommodate the customer’s needs. While waiting during car service I had to make few conference calls and they offered me to use one of their offices to ensure I won’t get any disturbance during my calls.
Allen, Tom and Chris were super helpful. Thanks you so much guys!
