Great experience! Javier Gomez was very accommodating and prompt with responses. During weekdays I can't always answer my phone but I was able to arrange my appointment via text which made it very easy.Chris from sales recognized me even though I purchased my car year and a half ago and stopped by to say hi. Great customer service experience!

They were able to squeeze us in within a few days of dropping off our car. Didn’t have the parts to fix what was wrong and couldn’t find them. I found the parts from another Range Rover dealer for 1/2 the price of what Fresno RR was quoting. Great people and communication was good.

I didn't have a good experience here but since I wasn't planning on going back I wasn't going to bother with a review. However, beyond the long wait times and miscommunication, I am now dealing with issues they didn't disclose to me. I was in an accident and needed a new truck. They had a used one with good mileage which was more important than features so I was fine with no push button start, auto seats, etc. I was financed through my credit union so they got exactly what they asked for it out the door. I took it to my mechanic who was not happy about the rust they found on the underside, turns out it's from New York, but they said it should be okay as we're in a dryer climate here. Well it's officially not okay because partway into installing my new side steps I found the holes were so rusted I couldn't see the threading. I also have to replace my tire rods because they're frozen affecting alignment, the rotors had to be shaved down, and the breaks are crusted over, among other things. I wish I could post pictures. Part of selling me on buying my Tacoma from here was their hundred some odd point safety check compared to other dealerships. Well whether they consider the rust a safety issue or not, they had to know it was there and said nothing. I get I should be thorough in checking a used car but I never imagined I'd have to climb under it at a dealership to make sure I wasn't going to have an issue like this. I get having a car sit on your lot for two years would make it easy to not give a female any reason not to buy it. But I could have been given a heads up. Maybe if I was there buying a luxury car my experience would have been different, but as a single mom that's just not in my cards. But I honestly don't think that should dictate the quality of service or product someone receives.

Drop my Jaguar off for oil change at 10:30 I call at 5 and they still have not started the service. No loaner cars available, no communication....nothing!!!!!! Manager was dismissive, unapologetic and just not bothered. If you take your car in for one service and 7 hrs later they haven't even started........beware!!!!!

This dealership has great customer service. Ray from the service department is very responsive and always happy to help. They offer pick up and drop off if your vehicle is being worked on, and that’s a great service to offer to keep customers happy.

Do not take your vehicle here for service. They double charge for labor and complete repairs that are not approved. If you have taken your vehicle here in the past, review your invoice. Their labor rate is $230/hour, yet they still feel the need to rip people off. If you are looking for an honest, reputable service department that values their customers and your business, look elsewhere.

Javier and Nathan went above and beyond to make my experience as stress free as possible. I recently had a major repair done on my Range Rover which had the potential of being a nightmare. Javier, and subsequently Nathan, bent over backwards to accommodate me; their customer service skills are off the charts! A huge heartfelt THANK YOU to the Haron team; you guys are the best! My experience at Haron Land Rover was by far the BEST experience I’ve had purchasing my car. My sales rep David was freaking amazing. David answered all of my questions and concerns I may have had and if he did not know he pointed me in the right direction to receive those answers! He made it such a breeze to buy a car. The entire staff was very friendly! I highly recommend this dealership if your going to purchase a luxury car. Don’t forget to ask for David!!

Bought a used 2020 Yukon denali off of Stephan. We love the SUV. The initial sale went well. However any issues that you might have after the sell. Good luck getting any help! Especially if you live out of the area... currently waiting for all paperwork along with warranty information so we can have it serviced elsewhere.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Izaak. We had just went down to the dealership to look, as I was the interested person in the car. Izaak was so accommodating and willing/eager to show us the F-pace and all it had to offer. After a couple of days of discussions back and forth with Izaak, and him willing to answer all the questions, we decided to make the leap and move forward with the purchase. At no time did we feel the lovely sales pressure we all dread when it comes to dealerships. Izaak was amazing to work with and so we’re the other office staff. My husband and I are very pleased with our purchase and the whole experience that came with it. I will be recommending them any chance I get!

Great Experience - on a short timeline, called ahead and had cars lined up to compare the different sizes and features etc - Basically accommodated the rest of the sale by phone.. Very convenient and easy shopping experience - Had car ready with a big red bow on it when we went to pick up. Very fun, thank you David and Haron Dealership!

This is my fourth land rover range rover purchase and my second from this dealer, of a 2023 land rover defender 130. What a wonderful experience, our sales person, Chris Plunkett, couldn't have been more professional, knowledgeable, and so tremendously helpful. He was very kind and absolutely a joy to be with during that process. Haron Land Rover has a great staff of employees, from the receptionist through service, and anyone who says different must not have been to the same dealership that I've experienced. Go and make your own decision! We love, absolutely love our Defender, it exceeds our expectations, both on road and off-road, of a luxury SUV you'll enjoy it!

Izaak did a great job in helping me choose my new car. He was patient, kind, accommodating and very well versed in each vehicle he showed me (which was several).He also helped guide me in my decision between two vehicle to make sure I was happy and confident in what I was purchasing.I highly recommend asking for Izaak when you visit the showroom. I am sure he will provide you with exceptional service as well.
