dr hagus is the most awesome vet EVER... love her "bedside manner", incredible knowledge, outstanding diagnostic skills... i think she channels sherlock holmes sometimes... she's amazing velen is always efficient with accommodating any scheduling issues... she is knowledgeable, helpful and hands on with care together are an amazing team delivering consistent quality care for my 3 household pets

Dr. Hagus and Velen have cared for our cats and dogs for 30+ years. She is extraordinarily talented at assessing the problem and explaining the p lan to our family.We have entrusted our precious animals to her good care and can’t thank her enough for her caring and her expertise.

I love this place! My dogs are very comfortable with doctor and staff. Unfortunately I called with an emergency at lunch time and was unable to receive help because the office was closed.

I thought the world of this doctor and was impressed that she helps horses and all types of animals.. I've rescued a couple animals and recommend a few of my coworkers here from the hospital... I hope and pray she doesn't treat anyone else like she did me... her front in person had gotten some information wrong on one of my fur babies charts and instead of being professional about it and admitting it she starting a argument with me. The doctor came out not even having the full information and was very angry and aggressive with me. I was shocked and upset. None of what happened had to go that far... well after that... I took in another baby and called the doctor... she put me on hold and came back to looked up my chart made a big point to remember me instead of caring about checking out my fur baby... she discriminated against me and said she didn't have room. She suggested I go somewhere else. She did make an excuse about not being as healthy after an accident... it hurts my feelings I drove so far to go to her because I was reffered to her myself... my friend did say she was a feisty person... now I see.

I have two good experience with this DR. Very calm, understanding and very good at explaining things. I brought my first dog ollie here because of a nail, and helped him well when he was in need. My second dog koda I brought her here to get spayed, I knew she was in good hands. She healed amazingly. They are AMAZING. 11/10

She's the best bet in town. She's been our small pet vet (dogs and cats) for 20 plus years. She never recommends anything that is out of line. She offers options of treatment and involves owners in decisions. I'm going to add...giving a 1 star review because a vet won't quote prices over the phone is not a review. It's like asking for the price of a an auto repair without a diagnosis. You're not going to get one except from a dishonest business. Also giving one star because you failed to pay on a past visit and were asked for a deposit is not being honest. They never ask for a deposit unless the customer has a negative history of payment. Then I agree with them to ask you to pay up first.

Best vet around. Not the least expensive but Stash and Trudy deserve to be given great care. The standard of care is better than anywhere else in the area.

Wonderful experience, no rushing, spent time with us, answered all of my questions. Very clear how much all the staff care for all animals. Made us feel like we are their only clients.
