I went here to pick up and drop off a train passenger. All the parking space have a meter. People crowd in the turn around circle and it gets congested. The place was pretty clean. Only two bums. And the was a loud street preacher. I will go back

First time that I had a bad experience then again not to bad. Bus I was scheduled for was a no show however they changed my ticket for the next bus available no charge.On the way back another delay but was handle appropriately

Vending machines are broken. If you can avoid the machines you'll save money. The busses are broken and should be taken out of service. A sad fact. Because Greyhound used to be a fun way to travel.

I travel from Sacramento California to Long Beach California for the Thanksgiving holiday and I was extremely happy to know that I wasn't going to go to the Greyhound downtown LA on 7th Street! I was so grateful that they moved it to a new location Union station it was beautiful and clean and plenty of security everyone was kind and extremely helpful!

Love traveling by train, especially when you can get a booth with a table. Great sightseeing from the upper level of the two-floor cars. Kitchen food is generally pretty good and not that expensive.
