About 15 years ago I found an old claw-footed wingback chair by the side of the road in rural western Massachusetts. I hate to see beautiful things go to the dump, so I brought it home, stuck it in the basement, and there it remained for over a decade. It was in rough shape, with a broken back, frayed and faded upholstery, and looking 100-years old (which it probably was). When we moved to California the chair came with us, and we finally resolved to give it a new lease on life. We chose the right place to do that when we found Graves Upholstery. Herman and his family do excellent work, and I'm sitting in that beautiful chair right now writing this review. It's not only beautiful, it's comfortable too, and they made us matching throw pillows as well. We couldn't be happier with the work; thanks Herman!

these men did a beautiful job on my old thrift store sofas. I'm so grateful for the workmanship and attention to detail. I won't go anywhere else. A wonderful mom and pop business that spans several generations at this point, where the owners still take pride in what they do.

GREAT SERVICE and GREAT CRAFTSMANSHIP at a GREAT VALUE. My Lab Puppy chewed up the front arm on one of two matching recliners. Herman found the matching material and did an exceptional repair. Highly suggest Graves for ant upholstery needs!

Two of the springs in my recliner broke recently. I called several upholstery shops and was told anywhere from 3-4 months. Called Graves and spoke with Herman who said less than a week. Just got it back and it is perfect! Thanks Herman and also thanks to Al's Delivery for staying in touch during the entire process!
