I called to ask if UPS had a cart/dolly I could borrow to bring in packages from my car. When I arrived their was another customer in front of me who was taking up quite a bit of time. Amber was efficient and a great multitasker she was able to help me and save me time while helping the customer ahead of me. I appreciate her efficiency and definitely her kind smile. “Each year I get custom shirts done for my nieces, sisters and I for Valentines Day, as my nieces are my Valentines each year until they think I'm not cool anymore. This year I decided to do a Disney themed shirt designed as Minnie Mouse as displayed. The little nieces had "Mini Mouse" since they are Mini human beings of their parents, the sisters had "Mama Mouse" since they are the mother of my nieces, I had "Auntie Mouse" since I am the Auntie of the two little ones. Since Tower T-Shirt has closed down I had to find a plan b so quick! If I could give Alpha company more than 5 stars I truly would as they have exceeded my expectations. I called this company on a Friday afternoon during my lunch time on 02/08/19 and spoke up a very friendly woman who informed me that they usually don't do small orders (5 shirts) as it will cost more. This company was more than happy to help me out and gave me a quote of $150 for 5 shirts. I already bought the shirts from Walmart for dirt cheap and just needed the design. The woman informed me to bring in the shirts on Monday morning at 8am when they opened and she will have the shirts ready on Valentines Day!!! I was highly impressed that they could do something like that so quick. She informed me that I need 20% down in order for them to start the order. No problem. Due to me having to work in the morning and not wanting to take time off I had my lovely middle sister and niece to take care of dropping off the shirts and reminding them of the design I wanted. The customer service was amazing as the staff fell in love with with niece and gave her a bunch of plush toys! My sister picked up the shirts on Valentines Day and when I came home they were exactly what I imagined! I could not be a happy camper. All my family loves the shirts along with my nieces. They were overjoyed.”

“I chose to go to Bays Printing after I read the rave reviews. This guy David sounded too good to be true, met expectations quickly and sometimes ahead of schedule, and did professional quality printing. I was a bit wary about going in when I arrived at his location on Blackstone south of Shields. There were bars on the windows and door, but I was there and I wanted to see how I felt about this guy David. I could tell him I was just getting estimates and leave quickly if I felt uncomfortable. But it was just the opposite. I felt like I had come home. I was greeted warmly, given good advice on my project, and liked the estimate! I was there in an afternoon and my printing job was ready for pick up the next morning. Did I like what I saw when I looked at the finished product. Yes! Would I bring printing jobs to David again? Yes! Would I recommend him to friends and family? Yes! And did I think David was "too good to be true?" No! He was truly, truly good--a good person and kind to this old woman!”
