This place has seriously gone to heck. The prices are ridiculous. They are now leaving tags blank & price them as they fit. All items are donated. Things should be a lot cheaper. Remember, you're the Goodwill, not Gucci!

I came here not intending to shop, just to look around because of the bad reviews I heard about them. I took it upon myself to see and I saw stuff I liked & started shopping once I’m done I get to the register & my total was $104 & handed the cashier a $100 bill and $5 & she tells me they don’t accept $100 bills like really? So I wasted a whole hour there shopping just for them to tell me they don’t accept $100 bills. I’m pissed off & glad I didn’t waste my money there.

Old shoes price high. Not much to find here besides clothes if you're into that. Like the new racks for hard goods but every time I've gone they're pretty bare and empty. Not my favorite thrift spot. Very difficult to find anything interesting or good here.

What place of business opens at 11am? On Sundays maybe but during the week a store should be open at 9am. Extremely inconvenient. I rarely find anything good here and prices are very high. Pretty much have no reason to shop here anymore.

They do not open at 9 like it states on here, they open at 11. I came by to drop off some donations, and myself and multiple people were sat out waiting, thinking the doors would open any minute. I finally drove to the back and a man said they don’t open until 11. Please change your open time on google lol

Items are not properly tagged. I live 15 mins away and came into this location for a blender. I found the only one in the store and it had no tag. I was told I could wait for it to go back to the back for processing because although its a 4.79 housewares, it cant be sold without the tag even though I asked prior to going to the register. The employee told me It could take 5 or 10 mins. Ive been waiting for 30 mins. It still has not returned to the sales floor. Very inconvenient.

This store never seems to put enough cashiers at the check-out stand. I have seen more than 8 people in line. If this were a real retail store, they would not survive with such a level of customer service. Management has no concept that standing in line on a concrete floor is difficult for people with disabilities even though they claim to serve the population with disability. No chairs available while waiting. I won't shop here again, enough in enough.

This store is not good. Employees are rude. Cashier trying to rush people out if the store 20 min. Before closing. The store is small often over filled can't move stuff around to look or either kind of empty not much to select from. They can't figure out an in between. I and friends that have shopped here agree. I've also seen reviews on Neighborhood app and there's alot of complaints from this location. I will never go back to this location.
