Donated a good amount of bags / supplies to this goodwill and was really surprised by how rude the worker was. Didn’t say a word to me after I said hello. Didn’t help me with any of the several bags I had, which typically wouldn’t bother me but seeing as I’m 7 months pregnant an extra hand would’ve been nice. Didn’t offer a receipt or speak to me at all. Made the whole interaction really uncomfortable and awkward. Won’t be going back to this location.

This location can produce some great items but with the prices being quite insane and having another price increase in the new year of 2024 it's going to make it harder to come to goodwill in Fresno. I would highly suggest they bring back a color tag discount or some sort of discount because otherwise a lot of these items are just ending up in landfills anyway because of these prices.

They are charging over $20 for some basic used shirts. The prices just do not make sense. This place used to be good but now its not. Whoever is running it needs to be fired

Went to this Goodwill looking for some clothes for my kids. Had a HORRIBLE interaction with someone named Danel. She was rude and nasty in her demeanor. I can't for the life of me understand why a company would have an employee like this represent their brand. I will never shop at this store again while she is here. Salvation Army is right across the street, I'd rather spend my money there.

Will never come back. The manager Danel is extremely rude bitter and she treats her employees like crap. The worker was scared to even say anything. Then the cashier is a complete jerk she doesn't care about anything besides "I'm just a cashier" but will be quick to talk under her breath and accuse customers of stealing DONATED ITEMS. JUST save your time. Not worth it.

This goodwill location has gone down the drain. The old white lady manager with the glasses is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to talk to her customers. I got into it yesterday 10/10/23. I understand every establishment has its policies. But she’s doesn’t it have to talk to customers in a rude manner the way she did. I feel sorry for the workers who have to deal with her. I have no idea how she became a manager with that kind of attitude. I will not be shopping at this location anymore

Store manager is horrible. Her name is Danel or how ever you pronounce it or spell it. Treats her employees as if they are her enemies or something worse. No respect towards the customers and is never insight when employees need her around. Worst management I have ever come across. Won't be shopping there till she's fired. This review is only for the 1 manager. The employees are always on the ready and with a smile when it comes to customers. Nicest bunch of people. Also heard a previous manager left because of the actions and lack of common decency of danel. Goodwill do better and be better.

Usually my experience here was really great and really enjoyable but the past few times that I've been coming recently here has been horrible due to the management there. I've never seen management speak to their employees the way that this woman did when I was there . It's really embarrassing for the employee. Honestly, I feel like management should take crash courses how to manage the store and atleast show the employees some type of ground morals . An employee told me her name was Daniela . I'll take my business else where . If she can't even know how to manage "handy down" I can't even imagine how she would manage a real life.

I’d give it zero stars but it won’t allow me. Place has gone down hill with their overpriced items and management. Why charge so much when all the inventory is free. You pay you staff low and treat them like they’re in a sweat shop with b.s. quotas they have to meet if not they’re threatened to be moved elsewhere or terminated. Was a former Donation attendant there and they get the worse. Especially in extreme heat. Not allowed to have fans in the back. And have to wait on upper management to make decisions from an air conditioned office like they know what’s really going on in back. Shop at local thrift shops. They can use the money more than these greedy b@stards

The dressing rooms are still closed because of “COVID-19”. There’s 1 skinny mirror in the entire store, near the cashiers.
