I called for an ac diagnostic and was told $220 from Ricardo. Dam that is expensive just for a diagnostic. Going somewhere else.

I've been going to Goodguys for almost 2 decades now and have always been treated fairly and honestly. Their prices are fair, the mechanics are well trained and their work is always top notch and honest. They really are very much "Goodguys" in all aspects!

Whenever I'm in need of automotive labor I always go back to Good Guys on Blackstone near Dakota in Fresno CA. They are polite and I'm Always treated with kindness. In particular manager Terry Rumery.
They go far and beyond satisfaction. I recommend highly.

Ricardo was very attentive and quick to handle my problems! I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. They got my truck in pretty fast and did the job quickly! Overall there friendly, knowledgeable, and have good customer service! This Goodguys is the place to go!!!

Purchased two new tires. Took only an hour to get them installed even on a busy Friday. Forgot my purse at home and only had my phone’s digital wallet. Raymundo was very patient and went out of his way to help me with my purchase. I will be back for sure! Thanks Guys
