POOR QUALITY, RUDE SERVICE. My fiancé bought me an engagement ring from this jeweler, a couple months later the ring bent in half and nearly lost the center stone. How it happened, I have no idea, I woke up and noticed the ring bent. I have always worn it, so I would have noticed something if it was substantial. When I picked it up, she charged me an additional $210 for the repair for a very expensive ring we had just purchased. The main sales lady asked my fiancé if I broke my hand or drove over the stone with a vehicle, because she's only seen a man bring in a bent ring. When I questioned the $210 charge (which was never discussed in advance) she told me that if I could bend the ring that she would pay the $210. The lady was rude on the phone, rude in person, and has completely lost my future business. With as many amazing jewelers that I have met in the past, the customer service is some of the most rude behavior I've ever seen.

NEVER GO TO OR CONTACT THIS BUSINESS!!I had a NIGHTMARE of an experience.Sonya is UNPARDONABLE.The day before Thanksgiving I actually spoke to a pleasant individual who pledged to look into fulfilling a certain request I had made.I was looking to buy a material for a science project. Although I preferred a small amount of material like a wire of it or something I was willing to buy an earring, necklace, ring, or whatever for of jewelry had that specific material. I NEVER got a returned call so I contacted the business the day after thanksgiving and spoke to a different female who wouldn't let me speak to the female who was more familiar with my request.I'm assuming the female I spoke with was Sonya because she claimed to be the head honcho and didn't identify herself.She had the patience of a three year old and wouldn't listen to a word I was stating and kept saying my request was unusual and we are in unusual times and what not.After trying to make her understand exactly what I was looking for I asked if she was even understanding what I was saying because she kept talking over me she claimed she did understanding me but said she felt I should go to a collectible shop instead but then I asked if she just sold any sort of the material I needed in a general sense she said she had never been asked that — I’m like most people ask for a specific kind of jewelry (E.G gold, silver, platinum..)she then offered for meto come in to discuss further. I told her I would just like to know if she could let me know if they had the material or not it was back and forth back and forth she then referred to me by my last name which I never gave I'm assuming she looked at the caller ID --she was trying to give the impressionof "I know who you are". I then obliged to go ahead and come in and she claimed she changed her mind. She asked during the call if Iwas a customer and I was like well I'm trying to become a customer but you're not listening to me. I explained maybe we just got off on the wrong foot as the other lady I talked to before understood my situation better she responded that she couldn’t help me and terminated the call on me.The behavior of this woman was INEXCUSABLE.The day after Thanksgiving and during a worldwide Pandemic!?Give me a BREAK!

A few years back I went into this jeweler with a need for a custom engagement ring. Even with the short notice I gave them, they were able to provide me with superior service and a ring my wife thoroughly loves. Since then, we have gone in for cleanings, etc. I absolutely recommend them for my experiences with great business, along with their quality and expertise in this industry!

This is the first time I have ever posted a review on yelp. Today I visited Gianni fine jewelers and was treated in in a palling manner. Immediately as I walked through the front door, the guard told me I did not look familiar and asked me if I had shopped here before. When I told him no he recommended that I call and make an appointment. Since I had not shopped here before I was not allowed in the store. If an establishment works by appointment only, they should state this in their advertising. However I feel I was turned away because he didn't think I could afford to shop there. I was extremely embarrassed, then realized I did nothing wrong. I will never recommend this place and I will never make a purchase here.

About two years back I bought my wife a set of diamond stud earrings from a jeweler across the street, (literally across the street) the backs of them were too lose and kept coming off we tried going to see if they might be able to possibly put some that were better fitting. Unfortunately she ended up losing one. I tried to go back and see if they would be able to match the earring with the one she still had and I was told that I would have to buy a new complete set. So I ended up going across the street to Gianni's where I was met and greeted so kindly by Sonya the mother and laughed at the fact that the same jewelry store that sold me the pair of earrings were unable to match let alone sell me just one more earring. Sonya made sure to match up the cut and quality of the diamond and also was able to put new holdings with better backs to them almost two years after going to Gianni Jewelry my wife still has her earrings and is able to go running, and sleep without the fear of losing one or both. Thank you to Sonya and everything you did to make that possible. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Very poor service!! Owner was extremely rude and unprofessional! If there was a definition for the word "snooty" it would definitely be her!! Would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Jewelry very cheap and gaudy looking!!!!
