Unprofessional, no business ethics, no integrity and don’t know Protocol. When you set up window time for pick up, make sure you stand by it. Your words is your integrity. I guess, LBC should give them training including owner Genesis on how to run a professional business so they can have ethics, protocol and exercise professionalism.

cashier provided wrong information re cost of shipping by air and weight limit, for a box I paid, spent time packing only to find out the cost of shipping is $69 and $39 is for a smaller box smh

Very professional and super nice! I even got a replacement box to take home so I can fill it there. (Much easier) Plus they had a rolling dolly thing for me to roll my heavy box in from the car. Great place to go for shipping boxes overseas. Definitely will use them again and again and again. ?
