Ordered a funko pop almost a year ago, probably my mistake for doing so. But I went to the one in Selma and just happened to ask since I had waited a few months already, guy was on speaker just laughing admitting he never followed up with customers. Called to cancel and apparently since it’s a pre order I can’t do so. Idk… definitely never going back to this specific location

Came in today and the guy who was (below average height, had a mustache and beard, chain necklace, black hair, Mexican) he was really sexist, and rude to me. I had came in with my S/O and he only made eye contact with him and welcomed him in. He only talked to him, and ignored me. Asking questions like Do you have a membership? What are you looking for today? I tried asking a few questions about the gaming accessories and I got completely ignored. He only attended to my S/O as if he was more important. When we go to check out he goes and looks at my S/O as we’re both standing up there. He asked him so do you have a membership with us? That’s when I said yes I do. He looked at me and stopped talking. I left very disrespected. Hire better employees.

So a couple days ago they'd told me that it looks to them that I'd got cancelled from my power up rewards threw game stop the last 3 months ago an they said that it was strange cuz not only did I'd had to renew it but it looked like to them that all of my reward points are missing too, so they'd gaved me a website an 2 different numbers to call an say what's going on here??
