He worked with me for over a year putting together different quotes for various outdoor kitchen projects. He was very communicative, quickly responded to all of my requests, and gave me realistic timelines for job completions.When we decided on our final dream kitchen, Parker and his crew did an amazing job building our 12’ island from scratch and installing our Twin Eagles Pellet Grill , storage drawers, and fridge. They were so friendly and professional, and kept the work area clean each day.We also purchased the Marquis Crown Summit Spa from Audie, and he also was super fun to work with! Always answered my questions and gave me great tips on how to maintain the spa.And finally Andy, he was such a pleasure to do business with. You can definitely tell he takes pride in his work, and taking care of his customers by the amazing staff he has put in place.Thank you again from the G’s for making our backyard dream complete!”

“For me - a shopper who Hates salespersons bugging me in a store - this was a surprisingly okay experience. The manager had a great balance between giving me info I actually needed and could use, and backing off enough for me to look around.To my surprise, this mid-sized store was perfect. I had enough items to look at and compare, but I didn't get overloaded and just LEAVE cuz there was too much to consider.I have trouble with today's "looks" because I am NOT on "the gray kick" that everyone else loves. So we'll see if I actually update all my furniture.....or Not ??Sandy's is a worthy furniture store to shop in.”
“Love this store purchased my mirrored dresser set $2000 & headboard set $2000 from this store. Great customer service awesome delivery service. Owner very respectful & great listener. I will return to purchase floor mirrors & vanity set. I’m big on customer service. I’m locked in as a customer. Expensive but worth it I always paid cash for items. I request fast delivery w/ fee request was met respectfully. Delivery fee very reasonable. Communication is perfect no bad attitude like some Business owners. Always greeted w/ positive attitude when entering store. If you can afford good furniture. You should shop w/ them. Plus their delivery guy has moving service. With fee helped me move into our Five bedroom home. We have a lot expensive furniture & had lots of boxes. Moved everything in one load in their extra large truck. Also helped set up beds w/ fee of $2,000. I will be hire delivery guy again. On my next home purchase to help us move. I didn’t have to touch anything delivery guy very respectful & communication is great. ???”

“About 15 years ago I found an old claw-footed wingback chair by the side of the road in rural western Massachusetts. I hate to see beautiful things go to the dump, so I brought it home, stuck it in the basement, and there it remained for over a decade. It was in rough shape, with a broken back, frayed and faded upholstery, and looking 100-years old (which it probably was). When we moved to California the chair came with us, and we finally resolved to give it a new lease on life. We chose the right place to do that when we found Graves Upholstery. Herman and his family do excellent work, and I'm sitting in that beautiful chair right now writing this review. It's not only beautiful, it's comfortable too, and they made us matching throw pillows as well. We couldn't be happier with the work; thanks Herman!”

“UPDATE: They came out and replaced the whole unit for the couch. This new piece feels a lot more sturdier than the original.
Original: I bought a sofa sleeper a couple months back. It is already broken. I pulled the bed out to use less than 10 time.
Response: I never said they broke the mechanism. It broke on its own. The brackets on the mechanism completely snapped off on one side when we went to close the bed, causing the other side to break as well. For a product to be fairly new and to break within a couple months is why my review is currently a 1 star.I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW IF THEY COME OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM.”

“Richard was our Sleep Specialist. He was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable for my teenage son to make an informed decision about his new bed. We got a great deal from their extended Labor Day Deals. There are a few store branches in town, but this location is open the latest. We got there at 7pm on a Saturday night and a few other customers still came in after us. Richard was as pleasant as ever, not pushy and not trying to get us out the door even though it was so close to closing time. Thank you!”
