I love this company but I’ve been experiencing something usual with them like not getting my furniture I bought and then due to the virus I’ve never been able to receive it now today they are open and I still can’t get thru my kids need their beds somebody help I think they should of notified the customer they were closing and we could of figured out something

I keep calling and nobody is answering. I even went down there and it appears to be closed. My social worker told me you guys were open, I was suppose to pick out the furniture for my kids. Please let me know if you will be open this week?

They never answer the phone and everything I bought fell apart within months smh very cheap but worth it if you need it ASAP and don’t care the quality

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My family and I went here today to pick out some furniture before our BIG move and their customer service was very unprofessional. We were just signing off on a table set and bedroom set, when the male owner walked over two my year old and yelled at him to not touch his sign. Then he continued to yell at him to go over and stand by us. He never greeted us or even mentioned anything to us. I decided not to get anything from the store and we all just walked out. I usally come to this store and get all my furniture but they just lost a customer and I will be telling my friends and family to not come here either.

This place is a rip off.. .I put a sectional on layaway, put down $400. They told me after I made a payment it got discontinued. They refused to refund me. The lady acted real nice when I gave her my money, after I found out the Sectional I put on layaway was discontinued & I asked for a refund. She had her Husband to come tell me I'm not getting a refund, and I can't pick out something different. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. THEY RIPPED OFF MY GOD MOTHER FOR SEVERAL HUNDREDS WITH A LAYAWAY & A FRIEND TOO.. I SHOULDVE TOOK THEM TO COURT. BUT I DIDN'T. BUT I WILL NOT SPEND A DIME HERE. THEY DESERVE 0 STARS
