I went in to purchase a bed for both of my kids. Moe helped me over the phone and again in person. He was very pleasant and extremely patient! He didn't show any frustration and I'm sure he was lol. I went into the store at around 5:30pm and gave him the runaround up until 7:30ish! He was patient with me the entire time and allowed me time to decide what I wanted to do without the pressure to "hurry up"! I ended up purchasing 1 Queen size with a box spring & mattress & 1 full size bed with a box spring/ mattress. The only thing I didn't like was that a lot of bedroom furniture they had in the show room either wasn't available or had an order eta of 2months or longer hence, the 4/5 star review. Other than that my experience was great! I'm going back at the end of this week to purchase master bedroom set!!!

As new home renter We needed furniture fast. We came came into the store late in the evening for last minute tables and chairs for the house when Guzman took the time to talk to us. At first we thought he was just trying to sell us on stuff. But we quickly felt heard. He helped us with tables and chairs. But he also talked to us. We are young and still trying to figure out what to get for the house and he took the time to show us through. What he recommends and what he doesn't Showed us the value of the product and how to know what's worth our money! During check out he didn't rush us at all. He asked my husband and I how long we have been married and since he has been married for awhile we talked about our experiences and advice! No rushing. Took the time to get to know us. We definitely felt valued and seen. He is the only person we are going to now for our need in our home.

Repeat customer of FC in both Fresno and Bakersfield. Those previous experiences were positive. Good prices, good delivery, service was solid. Just for some context, I've purchased 3 sectionals from them in the past 5 years. One of those couches we loved, but it was destroyed in a move. So, since we loved the sectional so much we thought we'd buy it again and perhaps FC still had it. They did, but good God, the greed is insane. The same couch, in a smaller design, is now double in price it was 4 years ago. Double! Not only that, the salesman was cocky as hell, even after I told him how much business we've done with them. No conversation, suggestions, consolation, just a take it over leave it attitude. The whole thing just rubbed me the wrong way. I reached out to the couch manufacturer, and they told me two things, 1. They don't recommend FC themselves and 2. Several other retailers they deal with where I will get great service and better pricing. And you know what, I did. Awesome service from a competitor, with better pricing and free delivery,even though they are 3 hours away. If you want to know who they recommended, reach out and avoid FC.

Sofa received not the length that was advertised. They ordered another one but it was the same length as the previous one. I asked if I could get a different sofa and pay the difference but they said no. If an item specifications show 90 inches then it should be 90 inches not 84 inches. That's false advertisement. I'll not shop here again and I'll tell my family and friends not to shop there.

I was excited to see a store in fresno carried furniture brands like Bernhardt, caracole, Tommy bahama, and hooker furniture. unfortunately, what they presented on the floor was not was what delivered to my home. the fill was completely different and it's clearly a knockoff. They have contracts with these brands and they show the real product on the floor. Then they deliver a fake. I asked them why the fill was not down and the salesperson argued with me. Don't buy from this company, they sell cheap products And are operating an illegal business.

I never write reviews on here but Customer service here is non existent. They do not explain properly, there is a fee for cancellation and then when you want to pay the fee they say they cannot do returns or cancellations. They do n out return your phone calls, just a horrible experience overall wish we would have done more research before buying here.

worst experience I order a dresser set April 2023 still have not received it! I did get a call in July they have it and delivered the wrong one I'm so upset now waiting for them to pick up this dresser set and delive the correct one now we in Aug almost in September but they still expect there full payments unbelievable

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY HERE! I had a terrible experience just like many people. Furniture arrived months later of purchase and it arrived damaged. They said they would replace the part and never called me to order the part. I had to call to ask and when I did no one knew what what going on. They were disrespectful towards me, asked that I take days off of work so I can be there for delivery of a part that I had to ask for them to order, they even hung up on me. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND SKETCHY. HOLD OFF FROM STRESS AND HEADACHE, DO NOT BUY HERE! ZERO stars if I could!

Typical store, very good during sales but poor service when it comes delivery of items. We have called a week before delivery and was told all items were available. To confirm that everything is set to go, I even called the morning of delivery and was assured that all items are available- couch, bed frame and mirror (lady said it's miscellaneous on her paper). Delivery men came in the afternoon and we're missing the mirror! They said the mirror was not in the warehouse (mind you , I ordered this mirror back in May and was told by Junior it will be delivered with the rest of my items in 6-8 weeks). I called the store and they do not even know what item it was. It just says miscellaneous on her (Mariam Badri) paper-- no item/inventory number. She asked me to send her a picture of the item since she has no idea what item it is. It was Junior, the store manager whom I purchased these items from. Long story short, I get a call days later saying the item is damaged. So confused! In one day, Inwas told that: First, all items were available on the day of delivery... then it's not in the warehouse.. then they do not know what item it is or how it looks like.. days later, item is damaged! Poor customer service, so much disconnect in their inner communications. Nobody physically checks these items at least day before delivery if they are truly available and not damaged??!! I was told there's third party involved but that just make things worse. Everyone need to be on the same page. In general, people do not want to be micromanaged but in this case, someone needs to micromanage. Somebody is not doing their job! Not going back ever. Hopefully, I do not have issues with my items because I can only predict the service I will get. POOR!

I purchased with Alex. Very nice very helpful, he told me 4 week delivery. At 4 weeks I get a call to schedule delivery the woman said Friday between 12-4 delivery I requestes a weekend she said that would be two more weeks out. So I decided to take a weekday to get delivered earlier. I took half the day off to be available. I called the day before to confirm a man said most likely they will be closer to 4 pm I got rid of my old furnished to have a clear pathway as they requested. Today at 4 no one called no one said they were going to be late. I have plans at 5:30 and said I couldn't wait any longer they were supposes to be in at 4. I called and spoke to 4 people explaining my situation repeatedly transferred. Finally the last person I got stuck talking to was a very Non chalant man named flash that said call Monday and reschedule. I asked if I could be accommodated with Saturday appointment tomorrow and he said no thats impossible were booked. He said he could nothing and I would just have to wait. To be rescheduleld. I took time off work I cleared a pathway and they make no effort to make up for a mistake. Flash was not helpful whatsoever. once they have their contracts signed and money they throw customer service out the window.

William was my sleep expert who guided me in finding my next mattress. He was very kind , professional , and listed to my sleep needs while he showed me around the show room. He did not attempt to upsell me a mattress that was at a high price but was focused on finding whar worked best for my sleep habits. Overall service is 10/10 would return .

We had a good experience when shopping around for our couches. When we made the purchase we were told we would receive 8 decorative pillows (shown on the invoice). We had to wait over 8 weeks for our couches to arrive and when they did, we only received 6 decorative pillows. I had to call for over a week, and for every time that I was able to get ahold of someone, they would say “we can write a note down and have service call you back”, never happened. After a week, I was able to reach a salesman who repeatedly told me the invoice on his end shows we paid for 6 pillows. I asked to speak with the salesman who helped us with the purchase. He made the same claim stating their invoice only shows 6 pillows. I reminded him of his “promise” we’d get 8, but his response was “I don’t remember.” I love my couches but am disappointed in the display of passion and desire from the salesman at the beginning only to say at the end “I don’t remember”. He offered to email the supplier and see if they will be able to make additional pillows since ours were customized, but we will not be waiting another 9 weeks for pillows that should have been made but are now a possibility that needs to be discussed with the supplier.I am disappointed in the poor and unprofessional communication and do not plan to return to this salesman. We have been returning customers of many years.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST !!!! I absolutely LOVE this place. Typically in any and all furniture stores I’ve visited, the sales staff is always so pushy and invasive. The reason I chose to purchase my sofa was the phenomenal customer service! David helped us and answered all of my questions efficiently. He was kind and helpful. I will be a FOREVER customer. Ask for David he’s amazing !
