Very slow 6 hours to unloading i waste my full day and very rude person

1st time delivery last week and 2 today both time unload with in 30 mint

They don't answer the phone for the delivery had to knock on the door until someone came. Even if we had a appointment they made us fell like we are disturbing them and the guy was really rude and unprofessional.
