I am new to the area and found Fresno tire online and called. I explained my problem , made an appointment. The manager discovered the problem and spent time explaining the issue. When necessary I will gladly return there in the future.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for years. The shop has always been amazing and always done great work for us. As of recent with issues on our cars, Wesley, Brian and the crew did amazing. Id highly recommend it. The expectations they set they meet!

For some reason, two other well-known shops in town could NOT get my tire balances right. One also messed up my rotation by putting my front tires on the rear, and vice-versa (they are different sizes). Fresno Tire Co. nailed my balancing on the first try!

Woke up to a flat tire and the manager got me in right away to have it patched. Friendly staff and good customer service.

Brian was able to get my daughter’s car in for service with a short time frame over her winter break. The “report” that was sent after the car inspection was nice to have to ensure what was viewed.

Professional, prompt attention to taking care of our needs, from our arrival until our departure.Our mechanic(Israel), was friendly, knowledgeable & took care of the slow leak, in our tire...immediately& with confidence. We were there, no less 30 minutes! Also, there was no charge! We were very pleased & will use this shop, again....for our future vehicle needs. Highly recommended!?

Nice gentleman at the front desk. Did the work and provided a thorough inspection of the vehicle while changing the tires. Provided pictures to help illustrate their recommendations. Text updates. No pressure and knowledgeable staff.The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars (I would have given 4.5 if that was an option) is that I had an appointment at 8 am to have 4 tires swapped out onto the existing rims and I was there for a little over two hours waiting for it to be completed. I have had this changeover done many times throughout my life and this may have been the longest wait I have ever experienced. That said, Fresno Tire Co. has a great waiting area and everyone was polite. I guess I just need to plan to drop off the car next time rather than hanging out and waiting. I will go back.
