Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Service Dear Francis C. call Lucian Center Center I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Francis C Center in Fresno. I dropped off my truck, as instructed by my insurance company with the understanding that I would receive a call back within three days to proceed with the necessary repairs. However, the entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. They held me to take my truck the same day I brought it in. I had arrange time to drop it off, also had others help to pick me up from the shop. From the onset, I encountered numerous issues that have left me frustrated and inconvenienced. First and foremost, I was met with an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude from one of your employees, a lady named Juanita. When I inquired about the estimated time for the repairs 3 days latter's of one of the assistance in the front office never called me back to drop off my teuck, she gave me an attitude and refused to provide any clarity, even though my insurance company had explicitly instructed me to drop off the vehicle. To add insult to injury, I was forced to follow up on multiple occasions over the course of three weeks, as nobody bothered to proactively inform me about when to drop off my truck. Each time I called, my concerns were met with indifference or a lack of knowledge about the situation. It was only after persistent efforts that I finally managed to reach someone, who casually informed me that they were unable to work on my truck. This blatant disregard for customer communication and neglect of their duties is simply unacceptable. Furthermore, during the prolonged period my truck is under care, it appears that no attention was givensecond assist me so I won't keep driving my truck under this condition. As a result, I have noticed severe issues such as excessive shaking and noise, making the vehicle unsafe to drive. Additionally, the steering wheel has become incredibly difficult to maneuver, posing a significant risk to both my safety and that of other road users. I am appalled by the unprofessionalism and lack of competence demonstrated by your front desk staff at the Francis C Center. The behavior exhibited by Juanita was not only disrespectful but also reflected a complete disregard for customer service ethics. I expected a timely and efficient repair process, but instead, I was subjected to weeks of frustration, inconvenience, and a complete lack of transparency. I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. My truck requires urgent attention to address the issues that have arisen as a direct result of your negligence. I expect you to take full responsibility for the repairs needed to restore my vehicle to its previous condition. Additionally, I urge you to conduct a thorough investigation into the conduct of your employees, particularly Juanita, and take appropriate disciplinary action to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future. Please provide a prompt response to this complaint, outlining the steps you will be taking to address my concerns. Failure to do so will leave me no choice but to seek alternative means of resolution, which may include reporting this matter to relevant consumer affairs protection agencies and sharing my experience on various online platforms. Literally zip tied my bumper. Returned my car with check engine light. Was rude and kicked me out his shop. Had my car for 3 weeks.

After over 8 months of trying to get my door fixed at another location ?? I brought it to Jose and I can’t praise him and his team enough he had my door ordered in less than a week and my door on within 3 days of me leaving my car. He also went above and beyond and touched up some marks that were on the car as well. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for getting my baby back right and keeping me up to-date every step of the way communication is key and they do that well.
