Good prices for a bed there’s a bunch of name brand items for a good price but I just need a cheap bed to sleep on. I just want to address the one star review. I asked about delivery and they have a third party representative to deliver the beds and other items. So without getting frustrated I called the place to see what’s the hold up. Their waiting on the delivery driver and it won’t be delivered till late evening so I took it upon my self to rent a u haul moving truck it cost about the same to pay the guy to drop it off. So pretty much don’t be lazy and don’t be that guy. Customer service is on point the guy helping me was super friendly and understood what I wanted. The only down side is that you’re gonna have to rent a truck from a U haul to do it yourself which isn’t too hard for anyone to do.

I ordered a mattress from them 6 days before my delivery date. 2 hours before my delivery time I call to confirm since I hadn’t heard anything from them. When the guy answered the phone he tells me he won’t be able to get someone out there until 6 pm. When I ask why, he says there was no record of my delivery. Then he instructs me to call the other location. I call the other location and they say 4:30 so I give him a call back and he says “well if that’s what they say” The overall delivery service and customer service was horrible. I will never go back to them

Was charged twice over a thousand dollars. They took my card, I input my pin and they told me they needed to run it again a second time. A few hours later I realized the transaction had cleared twice. We contacted the company but they stated it only went through once. Had to dispute with bank. This happened on May and it is now July and we are still waiting for the results. If you do use this company ensure you only run your card once. Ok

I can't say enough great things about my buying experience at Fresno Factory Mattress. I purchased 2 mattresses - both experiences were outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helped me select the perfect mattresses for my needs. The delivery was actually much sooner than expected. The delivery driver actually helped me bring the mattresses up my stairs. From start to finish my experience with everyone was flawless. Perfect customer service, product knowledge and a great product at a very reasonable price. Tank you!
