i live in Los Angeles, but i have a home in Fresno. Check engine light came on Sunday night. i went on the internet and got a 7:45 appointment Monday morning. I was surprised that in 15 minutes i was in and got a loaner car and was leaving for work. Nicholas Goosev was great. I was concerned that i was going back to Los Angeles on Monday and i needed my car before Saturday.Nick communication was great. I picked up my car Tuesday evening.The service was great and Nicholas did a great job.

This is now the third vehicle purchased from Fresno Lexus between my father, wife and myself. Great staff. Super helpful and responsive. I can't say enough good things about them.

They let me know exactly how much everything cost. And what work was done on the vehicle. The man and the service department kept me informed all the way through. It came back washed and clean, looking beautiful. The warranty covered it all. The m,en in the service department were very courteous and helpful.

I recently had my new car serviced for its first checkup and I was very satisfied with the Service Department. Jacob Debussy was my service guide and was professional and friendly and he helped me link up my cell phone to my car by a service guy in his department. Jacob had a sense of humor too as we joked about advanced technology today. The waiting area was pleasant with comfortable chairs and the area was clean. I'm extremely happy with the entire Lexus experience!

Went in today for a casual look at a LC500....got blown out! Got a what's up and a that's a high dollar piece. Was it the old scenario of a flip flop wearing dude being ignored Those were my best flips and my lucky Spam T-shirt! Oh well there are lots of Lexus dealers in CA...maybe they should of noticed the Richard Mille RM 010 watch that cost more than the vehicle I was there to look at.

My recent visit to the local Lexus service center left me impressed. Right from the start, the staff demonstrated professionalism and a warm welcome. They provided a detailed explanation of the maintenance my vehicle needed, along with a transparent cost estimate, which is always nice. It's reassuring to deal with a service center that values clear communication and customer satisfaction.The actual service on my Lexus was great. I was able to share my concerns and reassured they would be looked into. Every time I go in I learn something new about my NX 350. The service people I have had the pleasure to meet have displayed a deep knowledge of the vehicle, and it was evident they were well-trained. When I drove my car post-service, it felt as if it had been rejuvenated; it ran smoothly and efficiently. What truly stood out was the extra mile they went by offering a comfortable waiting area, however I decided to take the shuttle. My vehicle is also always thoroughly cleaned and detailed upon return. This level of attention and care for the customer experience makes this Lexus service center a top choice for any Lexus owner seeking maintenance or repairs. I'm certain that I will continue to rely on them for all my future service needs.

Took in my Lexus Rx450H for air condition service, air was not working, hot air. The dealership said it would be $4000 to fix. Gave the car to my daughter (this was my second vehicle), she took it to a different shop for air condition repair - it cost $300... this was 3 months ago and the air conditioning is still working. Second repair shop said it was a seal that was leaking and not retaining the coolant. What an absolute rip off to charge so much while another shop does the same repair for soooo much less....

In addition, I must acknowledge the diligent efforts of Stacy, the service manager, whose evident dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.From the moment of drop-off to the point of vehicle retrieval, it is evident that every team member operates cohesively, reflecting a high level of professionalism.While overall satisfaction is evident, I would respectfully recommend enhancing the complementary car wash service, possibly through the implementation of an ionized water system, to further augment the quality of service provided. Your commitment to customer care is greatly appreciated.

Service and sales departments are top notch. Had warranty work done and the technology used to communicate was amazing. Video inspection of the underside of the vehicle sent to me. Regular progress updates made it easy to plan ahead. I would recommend Fresno Lexus to everyone needing work done.

Called in with a question about a part location on my GX470 today.I spoke with Greg Maciel in the service dept and I have to say that I have never received that level of customer service from any car dealer and I have owned a lot of cars in my life but never had such a high level of customer care.Lexus has earned the reputation of being a premier automobile with great cars and in large part because the company has exceptional people. Greg pursued the question all the way to the end and he never spoke as if the issue I was having was small or unimportant. Lexus and Greg Maciel are just that good. Thank you Greg for an exceptional customer service experience. I will be back.Alan

Fresno Lexus is amazing. The technology support person spent almost 2 hours answering my questions and helping me understand the features on my brand new 2024 Lexus NX 450h+.Darlene Perez is professional and so great at going the extra mile for me.Fresno Lexus is lucky to have such a capable and exemplary employee.I highly recommend Fresno Lexus.

Fast & smooth experience. Irene was very honest and helpful and made the experience super easy. I didn’t get a fancy coffee mug or anything like that for joining the Lexus family but i guess that’s ok. I love my 24’ nx350 and I’ll be back to upgrade in 3 years.
