My car has been in the shop there for 6 days. When we took it in they were told it needed oil in the shocks. After numerous phone calls to the answering machine and two days after we dropped it off we receive a phone call asking permission to purchase the oil for the shocks?? Really? That was the whole reason we took it there. Now today the 6th day we received a phone call saying at the earliest the car will be ready will be Thursday. So 9 days to get oil put in the shocks! According to the service tech they had to order the oil from the east coast!

I had the pleasure of working with Mark Schultz and his team, including Denise at Fresno Infiniti, for a recent service performed on my QX80, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Service advisor Denise's knowledge and expertise were evident as she carefully explained the service needed and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity.
Throughout the process, I felt like my concerns were truly heard and understood, and the team went above and beyond to ensure that my QX80 was serviced efficiently and effectively. Danny at Fresno Infiniti charges $680 for a 2nd key to be cut, work the extra drive to Roseville or Bakersfield Infiniti and saving yourself $300 . . .

I bought the care program package and unfortunately does not take care of anything that I have requested. The last time my wife took the new 2022 infinity qx60 for a tune up, I had to get off work at 8am to go pick her up and take her home since the guy told my wife "we can not give you a Lyft or Uber because it's too expensive right now." I guess Infiniti is pretty low on money. Unbelievable and stingy.
