They have horrible customer service I sat there for 15-20 minutes I wasn’t even greeted nor no one told me that they’ll help me. Two more employees came in and still wasn’t helped.

Absolutely the worst insurance when it comes to claims. They never take your call, they ask you to leave your name and number but they don't return your call, unless of curse you are looking to get a quote.
