Do not get this insurance. The claim department does not work for you. And you if you get into an accident with someone insured by them, you can be sure you are not getting compensated for your losses or damage to your vehicle.

Terrible..absolutely terrible. I went in took over half hour to try and get car insurance. They still didn't get it right. I was called over 2 times to go back because they forgot a form. I requested full coverage including uninsured motorist and when we needed them we were told we didn't have it. We pretty much had to take care of everything. Other companies know that Fred Loya is terrible. As as soon as we told them who we had they would would tell us just tell us how bad they truly were. We lost our car, my job and our savings trying to wait on Fred Loya to take care of it.

I love coming into the office. I recently needed a policy printout for a job background. The staff were super friendly and helped me in less than 5 minutes. Prices are great for the coverage I need, and I've never had an issue with my policy coverage.
