It won’t let me leave a negative star review but this location needs to teach their employees customer service because the lady that was in there this afternoon was absolutely rude to the gentleman before me & to me as well the employee’s that used to work here used to be so polite but I think after today I’m taking my business elsewhere & would absolutely not recommend this location!

Spoke with Alex Perez it doesn't matter if you have policy guidelines it would be appreciate if you can still refer a person if you can't give the service to that person because that person has points, there are many cases that I would refer to people if I couldn't give a quote to a person due to there MVR , the policy should change to to better serve customers just keep that in mind. So that is why you get one star from me. And thanks for talk over me when I was talking to you Alex Perez. Have a fabulous Day :)
