Going to gym in my entire life and never experienced like this! I had knee surgery in December and since then i m still not able to go to gym; never used this gym. I dont even live in clovis anymore. I emailed to manager and he ignored all my emails and i talked on the phone but today i received a letter it shows i owed 78$ and says my membership still going on. Kidding me¿?!!! Shame a little bit. One of the Worst gym management I've ever seen.

I did the week long guest pass everything started off well the person who greeted us was welcoming. There was just a lack of training he didn't really know how to give us a tour or a run down of how the gym works. Pretty much got to learn about the gym on our own lost and confused the whole week.We were told from the beginning that all the gym amenities for the guest pass were included. We used the infrared sauna for the week since the ones in the restrooms weren't working. On our last day we were rudely told to leave the infrared sauna saying we didn't "sign up" for it and were told that it was one person at a time. We were never told this and also there were NO SINGS how the employee was stressing to us that there was an instructed way to use the infrared sauna. I felt kicked out due to him raising his voice and assuming activities that were not going on.I had already settled in my head that I was going to sign up due to the gym not being so busy. But that one rude interaction made me feel not welcomed anymore.

I did a one week trial of this gym and paid $15. I was told all the amenities were at my disposal for the week. On the last day of my trial I was using their infrared sauna and was rudely told to stop using the sauna. The employee raised his voice with me which was very unprofessional due to the matter that they had no instructions on how to use the sauna. I was told the sauna was appointment only and that it was not included in the week trial. I did not feel welcomed here and would not recommend this gym to anyone looking for a new gym.

Clean, spacious, friendly staff, lots of off street parking. Very well equipped work out options, variety of fitness classes, safe location, something for everyone.

I love Fort it’s a great place to train. The staff are amazing. They are supportive and friendly while maintaining a positive environment for their members. Many of the members are regulars I’ve seen over the years. This gym is outfitted with everything you need to reach your fitness goals. Tons of free weights, benches, and machines. Two floors of cardio equipment. The locker rooms are clean and the sauna/steam room are great for relaxing and recovery. Old school bodybuilding meets health spa vibes. Only thing I’d like to see in the future is a dedicated deadlift platform but that’s a minor gripe. Friends and coworkers I’ve recommended have also made this their home gym.

DON'T SIGN UP.I try to cancel membership for the 3rd time. Each time I've been told all good now. No refunds, still continue to charge me. I disputed all transactions through bank application, that is the only way to lock them from your moneyUpdate to story:I didn't get any refund from them. And after another one month I got call, that my account is still active and I own them money. Amazing service

I was member back in 2018 and actually worked here for a while. I left the gym in 2021 and came back today to work out. It's gotten worse to say the least. The bathrooms are dirty. The staff is not friendly at all. There was trash all over the gym floor and bathrooms. The weights were messy. There was a random couple walking the floor probably doing a tour but without assistance. The music was so quiet, it felt like being in a library. I'm not sure what's going on now at this gym but it doesn't seem to be doing well. It's quite sad how bad it's gotten since Christopher Montoya bought it and the fit republics. It'd be best if he sold it to someone whose passion is fitness and people because clearly it is not.

Been my gym for the past 5yrs and the only gripe I have is that they close so early on Friday's, Saturdays and Sundays. I work nights so wake up late on weekends so it would be awesome if they were open later but other than that it's an awesome gym.

Won't return a refund due back to me for canceling membership. Disregarded me when I told them about the gay activity happening in the men's locker room and steam room! Very unprofessional.

I can't say enough about how beautiful this gym is. From the beautiful fountain when you walk in, to the spacious floor with all the machines, it's just a joy to go to such a nice gym. So I tried the weeklong pass and really feel like I got a good sense of what this gym was like. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful when you have a question. All the equipment seems to be well maintained, and everything looks clean. However, I did notice that they only seem to have disinfecting spray bottles, but seem to be missing any towels or disposable towels to wipe machines. This is just disgusting to me. Even the cheaper, smaller gems, have disposable towels for its members to use to wipe down equipment. My biggest issue with this gym are the people. This is probably the rudest group of people I've ever met. Not a single person says hi, makes eye contact,, or even acknowledges you as a person. There's a group of guys just standing watching me work out on my machine. I turned to them and told them I only had a few more sets and they looked absolutely stunned that I spoke to them. Another time, I was waiting to benchpress and walked up to a guy and asked how many sets he had left. He looked at me, didn't say a single word, gathered up all of his stuff, and walked away. All in all, it's a beautiful gym, with rude members. If you want to work out here, don't come with the expectation of meeting anyone friendly.

Horrible experience. I cancelled my membership and do not owe anything. However, I keep getting letters and texts saying there’s an issue with my account and I owe money. I’ve spoken with many workers and they say everything is fine, but I still keep getting papers saying I owe. I continually ask to speak to a manager and every-time they say they’re not there or they will call me. This is ridiculous. I’ve never had any issues with other gyms here in Fresno.

Pretty solid gym. Staff is very nice. Good equipment. Only complaint is the internet is horrible and sometimes staff isn’t at the front desk for periods of times

If you haven't tried FWF you're missing out! This gym is family oriented, staff are professional, and the gym Is CLEAN!! I've tried all the gyms here and FWF is by far the BEST! FWF have private rooms to work out in, provide classes, personal training, equipment, and location is 100%!
