I only use this grocery store with Instacart and I have an issue with almost every single pick up and when you call the store, the associates all always claim to be brand new and don’t know anything like every single answer is “I don’t know” so either train your employees on the services that you offer or just stop offering them altogether because it makes no sense for it to be an issue every single time.

The store has pretty good prices but seriously it’s like 100,000 ft.² but when you go up to the registers there’s only one open. They have six , but only one is open. This is typical all to often at both Foodmaxx and SaveMart— and remember you have to bag your purchases here. Should call it bag and save.
I only shopped here for certain items on certain occasions. For great shopping experiences in Fresno. I recommend The Market or Whole Foods.

Very horrible experience I had here at this foodmaxx location. Be careful if ur going to this location as the cashiers r extremely disrespectful. I had the digital coupons clipped on my phone number n the cashier his name is Daryl P. He black of course n he was super rude. He didn’t know bout the digital coupons n the transaction didn’t go through with the digital coupons. He did things very fast such as punching in to pay n he didn’t let me put my phone number. N not only tat but throughout he was super annoying n unhelpful. To make things more horrible my father was getting pissed n told me to cancel my purchase n get only one item. The unhelpful Daryl P. N my father made things super stressful. I’m am beyond deeply disappointed in everyone there.

For this type of store it was great. Clean, good aisle spacing, friendly staff, decent customer restroom and a good parking lot.

Just left the blackstone location and the women running the 20items or less check out was super rude. I used food stamps this time when I came and I didn’t know there was a code to put in for bags so I put zero when it asked. She Had a big attitude because I asked for 2 plastic bags. The extra attitude and dirty looks and body language is not needed. Be professional.
When someone doesn’t know something, you don’t give them attitude. You just politely show them how to fix it. She did not meet that. I always come to this FM and now I’m wondering if I should just go somewhere else like aldis there way nicer there

Stay away, and avoid disappointment, they need to find a baker who knows how to bake and ice these treats.
