“We've had the pleasure of doing business with Chase for over 18 years. Each and every time.. they've hit our requests "spot on" or even better.Yesterday was my daughter's 18th birthday. In the midst of the chaos that surrouds EVERYTHING involved when it comes to planning your only child's 18th birthday. I had COMPLETELY forgotten to order my daughter's first dozen roses and having them delivered to her school. (Hoping receiving them there would contribute to her feeling like a Princess for the day.)So I called Chase in a complete panic thinking I'd missed the "deadline".Brian took the call and IMMEDIATELY assured me that they could make this happen. The relief he provided was overwhelming. His sense of humor was absolutely delightful. I had requested 12 pink roses. Brian told me about another type of rose called, "Free Spirit". And coincidentally captured all of my daughter's favorite colors. I hung up the phone after placing the order still giggling from his humor (which he NEVER let distract him from the business at hand or the many reasons these flowers were so important)My daughter called me with joyful tears a couple hours later. Question though: aren't all four flowers in a Boutonniere supposed to be in full bloom? I would think so and kinda ironic that wasn't the case given the business' name.
