This store is a real mess! I was looking in the Style & Co. Dept. and all the jeans were on a table turned every which way - then I went to look at the "Last Act" rack and all the clothes on the racks were all different sizes - not organized at all - like the Petite sizes were mixed in with the Plus sizes, pants, shorts, blouses, dresses, skirts, sweaters, all hung together in no particular order - what a mess - I asked two workers there if any of the clothes were in any kind of order and they replied "No. You just have to go through it all." Unbelievable! I felt as if I was at some low-end discount store or a tacky garage sale somewhere. This store has really gone downhill and is getting worse. Their dressing room was a mess and had filthy dirty carpet and a sitting area that was about to break off the wall it was attached too. Time to go shopping elsewhere after this!

Went in to buy some diamond earrings. As I was looking around the associate Anibal was chatting with another one who had just clocked out. As I approached them he didnt ask if I needed assistance. I found an item I liked from fashion fair Macys and asked Anibal to see them. The clearance items at Fashion Fair were 70% off with an additional 20% off. When I asked if the clearance at Riverpark were also 70% off Anibal sarcastically responded, " oh I don't see a 70% off sign here." I explained the deal I saw at the fashion fair Macys and he stated that he was unaware of any deals or discounts going on. I left angry bc of the interaction and didn't purchase the earrings. I should of requested to speak to a manager about the incident

I have been here TWO times and the times i been here shes always following me , also sum bald tall guy was following me as well all over the store. I really hate coming here for this reason because they are always following us around and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I hope Macys takes action on this issue because next time she or anybody else is following me I MYSELF will take action okay. I did not take this pic btw)

While browsing your store, I felt extremely uncomfortable as two employees, a female (Employee 1) and a male (Employee 2), followed me throughout my visit. I'm very disappointed with my visit!! I originally went into the store for a specific shoe & as always I come across a pair that I don't need, but fall in love with the shoe & the price. I saw these red beautiful heels on the LAST ACT rack for $19.99 so I ask the sales lady for the other shoe to try on. They fit great so I was considering purchasing.. I had already found the shoes I had originally gone for, but because the box was huge, I asked them to please hold them at the register so I can finish my shopping. Well, when I come back to finally purchase the TWO pairs, I see the red heels priced DOUBLE on the register screen so I asked the gentleman to check because when I had first seen the shoe on the floor, it was $19.99.... the lady that gave me the other shoe wasn't around or was probably on her break, I don't know, but she was never called to confirm the price!! I told the gentleman that the price tag even looked fresh & he didn't care. I didn't end up buying them! If my mom hadn't seen the screen, I would have paid more. They were so slick on changing the price tag when I left them to continue shopping!! My mom & I even looked at each other like "wooooww, they were smart to do that", but not that smart because they lost on a purchase!! This happened on Sunday, Sept 17 around 6:30pm when I found the heels to try on & paid around 7:30pm almost to closing time to pay. As my mom said, next time we find a shoe on sale, we will take a picture of the tag BEFORE asking the sales person for the other shoe to try on in case this happens again!!!!!!

If I could give this store 1 star I would!! It is a DUMP!! Sale people are rude, no-one wants to help, God forbid I have a question or need help. The store is a complete disaster with piles of clothes everywhere. Dressing rooms FILLED with clothes as were the racks. Clearance section is a disaster!! Salespeople are dressed so badly not sure why they even showed up for work! Makes me wonder who the hell is managing this place. I spent years in high end retail and if we ever let out shops look anything like this we would have been fired!!

Macys in Riverpark is a disaster. It makes Walmart look good..,it is a mess with clothes all over the floor and the fitting rooms w packed with clothing. This used to be a nice store, but anymore I will no longer go there. They need to hire a new manager, who intern needs to hire a couple of people who do nothing all day, but pick up clothes off the floor put them back on the hangers or fold them nicely on the tables. I don't want to pay that kind of money to go into a store and feel like I'm in, a Walmart actually I can go to Walmart and it's much cleaner. I'm very disappointed the last 4 to 5 times I was in the store, I can go to the Macys in Fashion Fair and it's like walking in to a nice clean upper class store where I don't mind spending that kind of money.

I'll leave this place three stars cause i love shopping at Macys.. But if your a Mother this job isn't for you they will not work with you they don't care about your kids.. my 11 month old was sick i had to take her to the hospital twice while I was training so during that time i wasn't able to make it to work do you think they cared that I'm a single mother looking for work and i put my sick baby first? No they got rid soon as i missed a couples days in training.. remind u I'm not in their system i haven't event start yet but its fine! the Job was iffy anyways i didn't have a interview i went straight to training.. On the good note Hr was nice :)

Totally ineffective phone system that after 5 mins says "the extension you have chosen is not valid".. it's the one YOU sent me to MACY'S!!!! I predict that in the medium term these stores will perish and go out of business due to their lack of customer service

This store is disgusting!!!!! Messiest store I've ever been too. Cashier Kathy is extremely rude, and slow! She purposefully left the alarm tags on my jeans I had to tell her to take them off, claims she didn't know they had alarms...??? Tell me how you don't know if every single item in that store has alarms& they are huge, very hard to miss. I then ask her if there's any other cashiers due to the line being extremely long she says " apparently not if I'm the only one here". Doesn't acknowledge me or apologize for the long wait but does so for all the previous customers before me. Macys need to hire people that want to do their job!!!!!! Extremely unprofessional! Will never return!

Wow. What a mess. I had to return a few things I bought online, so I decided to stop by the men's sections and maybe find a new sweater. The whole store looks like a bomb went off. What. A. Mess. Clothes just piled up everywhere. I couldn't do it. I left. Not even sure where to buy clothes any more. Back to the internet I guess. Someday this store is going to be closed, and they'll blame the economy, or Amazon, or some other thing, when the sad truth is that they are providing a terrible product where no one in their right mind would want to shop. Whatever management is responsible for this dumpster fire of a store needs to go.

Your customer service is TERRIBLE! Curbside pick up never works. Your employees don't know how to use a register or change receipt paper and the store is filthy. Hire trained managers, competent employees and clean your store. Disgusted with my last two visits
