Went to RiverPark store trying to find Ca. King sheets for our son, apparently none available locally. Asked first person I could find, luckily it was Kayla! She went above & beyond to find me exactly what I wanted online & facilitated the process to get them ordered. They arrived yesterday, better than expected, great price & quality. She was busy taking care of staff breaks but gave me her full attention, she deserves special recognition.

They didn't have the size we needed for a suit jacket so we had asked if ordering online would take no more then 5 days, the cashier told me it would take a max of only 6 days! Well look at that, now it's 10 days. We needed this for a wedding on the 14th, what if it doesn't get here by the 12th! Let's hope it does arrives on the 12th.

I had to return shoes that I purchased at this store. I wore them and was in complete pain it was like the threading on the straps were digging into my feet horribly. They were calvin klein and unfortunately i was not in a place to where I could take them off and put on sandals . So I had to suffer and sit as much as I could. Well during my return the manager Pho said she couldnt Return them because they were used. I explain to her the issue I've never returned used shoes before and I'm a platinum member. Is there a courtesy involved or is there something that I can do i.e., exchang them for another pair of shoes that I am more familiar with, but she offered me no other option. She said I would have to contact Calvin Klein. Whaaat?! I was like I paid over $100.00 full price and I cant even wear them. I asked Can you call customer service using ur phones? . She said she wouldn't call them I would have to call on my phone. Anyway the director Deshaun came out and looked at the shoes and was like yeah we will not return these it's against our policy. Cut and dry and no assistance. ( mind u theres no policy written in the store or on the receipts that states you cant return them if they're used) "I was told its at the stores discretion." So they could actually return them and take a loss. Really I spend waaay too much at macys in both Fresno locations. Anyway I called customer service directly and they handled me professionally and I feel that I was valued as a customer and as a platinum member. I think the staff at Fresno's Fashion Fair location needs to do a better job of assisting in satisfying their customers.. If they stated ma'am, we do not return shoes that are used however, I have a phone here and we can call customer service. Let them know what happened and let's see what they can do for you. We are here to assist you. If they said something of that nature would have shown concern and compassion... But just to blow me off and just say oh we can't do it and not trying to help me is very unprofessional.

don't come here unless you want to be waiting around for an hour for someone to come to the register meanwhile you look around and see all the employees gossiping and giggling right along with unprofessional clueless managers. Was helped by an employee and her manager who was an older lady had blonde dark hair or dirty blonde I believe her name was Debbie was completely clueless about the credit card and had to ask the store manager Raul . Overhead her tell her employee " hmm idk that's a good question " lol jokes. AP will harass you meanwhile someone just ran out with merchandise because they're worried about the wrong person.

I love shopping at Macy's. They have always have everything your looking for. I did a lot of shopping on line during the Pandemic. I found some great prices and deals. I bought so many thing for all my friends and Family so when The Pandemic ended enough that we were able to see each other and be around each other...we had a great big Party and Christmas and Birthday Party for everyone. It took us all day, everyone made tone of food and desserts. We just spent the day exchanging gifts for Birthdays, Christmas, Mother's Day Father's Day ect. what a beautiful day that was... Thanks to Macy's great deal and prices, everyone got really nice gifts, and got more that they even expected......God Bless Macy's for being there for me always.....

This is for the young salesman in the fine jewelry who was more interested in going to lunch rather than trying to earn a commission on selling me something. It was a win-win situation. The jewelry prices at Macy's are inflated and the quality is mediocre. I hope he had a great lunch.

Please, if you're ever interested in Chanel products, go see Miss J-lo and Debbie at the Chanel beauty counter!! Absolutely the sweetest ladies, and so helpful!! I'm so grateful for all their help and knowledge on Chanel products. Will definitely be going back just for their excellent customer service!!

Love the clothing, sometimes it's unorganized. I'm rating the men's macys at fashion fair. Shout out to Marc he is on the polo area. He is very knowledgeable of the clothing, explains the details of the clothing.

Riverpark is horrendous. After months of tolerating, they are finally trying to work at getting it up to par. I don't know what was going on, but the 2nd floor was worse then a bazaar. Nothing was organized, stacks of clothing stacked on end / corridor displays. Forget @ looking for another size in an item that you liked. The clerk there was very helpful in trying to help. We eventually left frustrated. I was so so dissappointed. Went to Fig Garden...better. It would help to fine tune. A betyer marketing schematic would boost sales. Espically since holidays are in bloom. Get it together..

I always love shopping at Macy's, my only complaint being that at this location their petite clothing section is so minimal, there's aren't a lot of product choices. I was able to find a couple of nice tops that were on sale but many that I tried on were not a good fit because they weren't available in petite sizes.

What a shitty Christmas experience I had here. Screw the manager too. I don't know why they were so rude to me and they didn't let me get my gift for my girl. Would not come here ever again.

My boyfriend was last minute shopping for a dress shirt, and Elena in Macy's was the sweetest!!! She took the time to help him try on shirts to get the perfect size, and even went and helped to find the correct shirt in the piles of clothes/sizes. She didn't have to help us but she went out of her way to. Thank you Elena for going above and beyond
